Hotel is new clear and personal was super helpful.
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was very clean snd cosy, higly recommended. I enjoyed a lot of my stay.

Nice hotel in an unattractive location
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room

Cons:

Location - it’s near the beach party location. The town is polluted with very loud bass music until 1am. I couldn’t sleep until the bars stopped it. Would generally not recommend to stay in Ha Long city

Phòng rộng, sạch. Vị trí ngay gần biển Bãi Cháy, quảng trường, chợ đêm nên di chuyển đi đâu cũng tiện.
Các bạn nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình, đặc biệt là bạn nữ lễ tân giúp mình trong quá trình check-in & check-out.

Cons:

Dép trong phòng đi dính nước rất trơn, nên thay loại dép khác.

Staff were so lovely and welcoming
Pros:

Staff were really welcoming both on arrival and in the morning! Very helpful with our bags too.
Really big, clean room.
Also our drinks in the cafe for breakfast were so good!
We would stay again and recommend to anyone!

Отличный небольшой, уютный отель. Персонал просто великолепный, готовый помочь в любое время по любому вопросу. Вкусный завтрак.

Cons:

Так как это относительно новый микрорайон и здесь все только ремонтируется и открывается вокруг очень мало кафе и ресторанов.

Excellent stay in Ha long, lovely staff
Pros:

We highly appreciated our stay at the Essence Boutique Hotel in Ha long. We were welcomed very nicely by Ha who accomodated us to the best. She diligently booked a cruise and a transfer to a very friendly price. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Future clients need to be aware that the hotel is located in an area that is pretty new, buildings are coming out of earth but it's still quiet, not much businesses around. A beach club located around can be quite noisy too depending on which side you are facing.

Big rooms, clean, comfortable and great location near the beach.
Pros:

Great value for money. Big rooms and great location. Staff friendly and Ha at reception was very lovely and upgraded our room which we really appreciated.

Cons:

It was advertised as beachfront but was 600 meters from the beach so should advertise as close to beachfront. Also there is another Essence Hotel - we went to the wrong one first so need to make sure of address.
