Trist ca exista situatii de genul pentru un “ciubuc” !
Pros:

Doamna Inci a fost foarte amabilă cu tot .
Doamnele de la curatenie ne-au ajutat sa schimbam si pernele care incomode .

Faptul ca ne-a taxat din start in plus pentru un copil .. am fost 2 adulti si 2 copii ( 5 ani si 6 luni)
Am cerut doar un patut de bebeluș care era trecut gratuit , chiar le-am dat mesaj ca am nevoie de el… si ne-au cerut 90 euro extra, apoi totusi 75 ca ne face un discount…
Copilul cel mare dormea cu noi iar bebelusul in patut.
Noi am ales chiar cea mai mare camera a lor …
Chitanta nu am primit , nu intelegeau partea aceasta si nu am mai avut rabdare cu 2copii sa stau in receptie.

The staff were kind and helpful, always excited to see you and offering help. The views at the 7th floor restaurant were amazing. I also appreciated that the room was cleaned every day (the housekeepers not only made the bed but also cleaned the bathroom and vacuumed each day without us asking for it, which was nice).

Cons:

For us, breakfast was a big disappointment. Coffee from the machine was not great, I got the impression that granules and not freshly ground beans are used. Boiled eggs were cold most mornings. Overall, a fairly limited variety of options (except for cheese), especially so when it comes to warm meals. Also, mainly same options each day, which is not ideal if you stay for a week or longer as we did. The selection of breads and baked goods was great, though!
The room (at least ours) definitely requires a deep clean and a bit of a facelift, especially so the bathroom (the door frame was rotten). Found a hair inside the kettle before using it the first time, also some hair on the carpet the first day, which gave a bad first impression, but it got better with daily cleanings and vacuuming.

Gostámos da localização do hotel , perto de vários locais obrigatórios para visitar, mesmo a pé. A Feride Han, funcionária do hotel, foi fantástica, muito educada, sempre disponível para ajudar, excelente!

Cons:

O hotel precisa de alguns arranjos. No pequeno almoço podia ter também alimentos internacionais, não só locais.

Pros:

Номера чуть обветшалые, но персонал старается на 10 из 10. Постели чистые, уборка и смена белья, полотенец каждый день. Завтрак с панорамой на город и живой музыкой - это восхитительно! Бассейн также с видом на город, очень порадовало что бассейн теплый. Прекрасный персонал, особенно Фериде, которая была на связи 24/7, и решала все проблемы. ❤️

В номерах можно было бы сделать косметический ремонт.

Отличный отель в старом городе, локация отличная. Мы жили на 4 этаже, с частичным дальним видом на босфор, номер небольшой но хороший. Все чисто аккуратно.
В отеле есть ресторан и лаунжбар на 7 этаже, вот там действительно открываются замечательные виды, у нас был завтрак по утрам наблюдали этот прекрасный вид.
Забыл еще сказать про бассей и сауну, бассейн не большой но поплавть можно.

Кратко отличный отель в соотношение цена-качество, рекомендую.

Pros:

Umístění hotelu je skvělé. V blízkosti metro M2, tramvaj T1, řada bus linek, restaurace a obchody. Snídaně byla pestrá a chutná; všeho byl dostatek, jídlo bylo dobře doplňováno. Hezký výhled z restaurace byl bonusem. Využili jsme několikrát i bazén a saunu, bylo to velice příjemné. Hotel má dostatek výtahů. Většina personálu byla vstřícná a milá.

Cons:

Několikrát nám nefungovala hotelová WIFI. Odkryté stropy na několika místech chodby nevypadaly dobře. Chybějící showergel byl doplněn až po upozornění.
