Excellent Experience
Pros:

The location is excellent, the premises are clean, and the staff is very pleasant. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the Iranian and Turkish front desk personnel were particularly kind. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

Pros:

Отель соответствует цена-качество. Выбирала долго.
Рядом остановка метро 2 минуты, остановка трамвая 6 минут, автобус тоже 6 минут. Очень удобно везде добираться. До площади Султанахмет или 25 минут пешком, или 3 остановки на трамвае. Общественный транспорт очень удобный, понятный, ходит хорошо. Рядом есть магазинчики (фрукты, сладости, молочные продукты, алкоголь), также Рядом много ресторанов. Вкусно, но цены выросли (вполне приемлемо).
Отель очень аккуратный, очень вежливый и дружелюбный персонал. Если вдруг забыли принести нужное количество полотенец, донесут тут же. Персонал, однозначно, 10 баллов из 10.
Завтраки на 7 этаже, красивый вид. Завтраки хорошие, есть из чего выбрать. Кому-то может показаться однообразно, но завтраки вообще сложно разнообразить. Яйца всегда в 3-4 вариантах, много видов сыра, фрукты, овощи есть всегда. Хлеб очень вкусный, кстати, есть безгютеновый хлеб (вдруг кому это важно).
На 6 этаже есть сауна, бассейн (бесплатно, но нужна купальная шапочка), хамам и массаж платно (мы не ходили)
Есть 3 лифта, поэтому добраться сложности нет. Даже в час пик долго ждать не приходится.
В номере было чисто, убирают каждый день, постели меняют (как часто не могу сказать, на этом не зацикливаюсь), полотенца меняют каждый день.
Мыло, гель для душа и шампунь есть. Зубных щёток, пасты, лосьон для тела нет (если кому важно)
В номере есть шкаф (сейчас такая роскошь не везде).
Окна выходят на улицу. Окно у нас на ночь было открыто, но шума с улицы не было. Немного покричали болельщики футбола, пару раз дети играли на улице в футбол, но эти крики нам нн мешали, так как мы тоже еще не спали. Так что, улица не шумная.

Cons:

Из того, что не понравилось, но сомневаюсь, что это можно улучшить.
1. У нам был номер на 1 этаже. Улицы узкие, окно маленькое. И даже в яркий солнечный день в номере темно и ощущение, что уже вечер или на улице пасмурно.
2. Мы жили в номере с двумя отдельными кроватями. Они достаточно узкие. Нам с дочерью (мы стандартной комплекции) было нормально. Но вот крупному человеку может быть сложно.

Overall it was a fine stay and good value for money. Pros are:
- location near tourist areas and close to the tram
- very quick check in and check out
- breakfast was a good selection and replenished frequently
- staff at breakfast were nice
- room cleaning was good
- air conditioning worked well

- room was underwhelming compared to photos and a bit dated
- reception staff were on their phones all the time and not interested
- near some kind of nightclub so could hear the noise in our room at night

This was our third stay at this hotel, and once again it exceeded all of our expectations! We stayed in the Corner Suite for three nights, and it was absolutely incredible. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and the Jacuzzi was amazing—the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The staff was warm, professional, welcoming, and attentive from check-in to check-out. Every interaction made us feel valued, and the level of hospitality was outstanding.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with an excellent restaurant, a fantastic rooftop area, a stylish bar, and a wonderful hookah lounge. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxing, making it a great place to unwind in the evenings.

The location couldn’t be better. It’s surrounded by great restaurants, attractions, and a wonderful community, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

We loved our stay so much that we’re already returning in just one week for another two-night stay! That alone says how much we enjoy this hotel.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, outstanding service, and an unbeatable location.

10/10 in every category. We can’t wait to come back!

Una Instancia perfecta para un viaje inolvidable

Me gusto, el trato del personal, muy atento y ayudándonos en todo momento. La limpieza impecable , las camas cómodas y el desayuno un poco de todo para todos los gustos. La terraza de a fuera del hotel muy cómoda para descansar después de tanto paseo.
