It was a beautiful hotel in a very central location.
Pros:

I liked everything about the accommodation, especially the woman at breakfast on the 7th floor. She had black hair and was holding a list, I believe her name was Ince. She was outstanding, always asking if everything was okay and making sure we felt comfortable.

House keeping start to disturb you a little earlier than we would've liked. Breakfast hadn't finished and yet they were already wanting to clean rooms.

Staff very warm and problem solving. Every issue reported, solved in a matter of minutes! Well done, you guys!

The pool - awesome. I went there with huge doubts after reading several comments from other travelers, regarding the fact that pool water temperature is so cold that you can't swim. But when I've entered in the water, suprise! 27 - 28 degrees. Even my 7 month old son enjoy the water.

Cons:

The cleaning lady forgots a lot (towels/ bathrobe, etc..) and skipped the cleaning for 2 days. After informing the reception of the hotel, problem solved.

Great but need some improvements
Pros:

The staff were kind and helpful. Was asked daily if everything was okay. Breakfast has good variety but didnt change much or at all from one day to another so by day 3 it just felt repetitive. Location was very good, very close to tram and train lines so was easy to get everywhere.

Water would randomly turn off through the day or slow down this was frustrating when you needed to wash your hands after using the toilet!

Also, my child hurt himself on second day after banging his mouth on the bedside table. We went down and asked if there was a first aid kit available. Unfortunately there wasn't. Thankfully I had packed the essentials needed for a child and had antiseptic wipes to clean him up.

Highly recommended place to stay
Pros:

Great location, wonderful and attentive staff, clean environment, comfortable mattresses, very good breakfast with live piano music.

Special thanks to Feride, who was always there for us with helpful recommendations and with a smile. She truly knows how to take great care of the hotel’s guests.

Cons:

Everything was great, just a bit warm during the night for sleeping. We were there in early April.

Overall good but some issues could be worked on.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel and the facilities, such as free swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast was also really good and had a good variety of food. Indie who was the customer relation manager was really friendly and helpful in all matters.

Cons:

There was hot water issues. On one day the water went off completely and on the other day there was no hot water for a while in the morning, leading to delay in starting the day.
