Pros:

The lady ferida helped a lot with changing the room as the first night my room wasn't that great as it was for only a couple and i had a baby too and she wasn't comfortable in baby bed so she helped a lot to change that and even after that during breakfast and even through the whole stay she was very cooperative.
Will give 5/5

Lokalizacja jedna z lepszych w Stambule. W około pełno ciekawych restauracji. Personel bardzo uczynny: można było zostawić bagaże na przechowanie po wymeldowaniu. Bardzo dobre śniadanie z muzyką (fortepian). Świetne widoki. Basen (długie godziny pracy). Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja.

Cons:

Jacuzzi nieczynne. Na basenie wymagane czepki. Szkoda że basen nie jest na ostatnim piętrze - odkryty.

Séjour à Istanbul validé
Pros:

L'emplacement parfait, l'hôtel impeccable, les restaurants près de l'hôtel surtout le Morad chef super. Les transports en commun très proche. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel correct et le pianiste c'est top. Le personnel de l'hôtel très gentil et surtout notre femme de ménage très souriante et très aimable. Notre chambre était confortable, la climatisation bonne, la literie correcte et la salle de bain impeccable.
