L’emplacement de l’hôtel génial proche de l’université
Le personnel de l’accueil et du petit déjeuner au top sans rien à redire
Suite très sympa spacieuse avec grande baignoire et vue sur la mosquée Sulheimane

Cons:

Le personnel de la piscine vraiment peu agréable, en permanence au téléphone sans écouteurs très bruyant pourtant voulant profiter d’un moment calme, ressourçant. Pas de serviette spécial piscine fourni. Concernant la piscine, dommage qu’il n’y ai pas un extérieur avec des transats pour profiter pleinement du soleil.

Dommage pour une suite et un hôtel de ce standing, le nettoyage de la chambre entre les deux nuits laisse vraiment à désirer, lavabo sale, serviette à peine changer, objets bougés pas remis à leur place… un gros travail à faire sur ce point

Pour le petit déjeuner, grand buffet avec pas mal de variété mais beaucoup de chose pas fraîche et industriel. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas plus de produit frais, typique et notamment des jus de fruit pressé plutôt que du jus industriel.

Petit point en plus peut être des suites de ce type avec vus sur le Bosphore serait un atout supplémentaire.

Le personnel a l’accueil et au petit déjeuner qui ont été au top nous on laisse entre en chambre malgré notre heure d’arrivé très matinale, nous ont offert le petit déjeuner pour cette première journée. Le top

La télé qui n’avait pas toutes les chaînes clair disponible dans ce type de chambre… vraiment dommage en période de coupe du monde

Nice brekky, nice room. Accommodating general manager. She is the best.

Cons:

There is a restaurant on the top floor that is operated by a different owner, and they hosted parties every night. The noise was unlike anything I have ever experienced. It felt as though I was sitting in the middle of a party, even while wearing earplugs. We could barely sleep.

The next day, thankfully, we were moved to a different room. Although the parties continued until around 2:30 AM every night, the noise level in the new room was much more manageable. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say it was around a 6.

I am very grateful to the hotel manager who arranged the room change for us. She did everything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, and her efforts were genuinely appreciated.

The room was always clean and tidy.

Au top , je recommande vivement
Pros:

L’emplacement au top , bien situé . Tram et métro à proximité.
Chambre spatieuse, très bon petit déjeuner, varié. Vue panoramique et vue sur la mer.
Le personnel de l’hôtel à l’accueil très effacé et pas très avenant, seule les manageuses sont à l’écoute , dans le contact , très aimables.
Restaurant en bas de l’hôtel le Zurich , au top , personnel bienveillant.
