Sauber, stadtnah, sehr schön!
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, das automatische Ein- und Auschecken auch!! Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt!

Cons:

Das Waschbecken befindet sich öffentlich im Raum, das ist ungewöhnlich! Unter dem Fenster befindet sich ein nettes Bier-Lokal , das man einerseits super bequem besuchen kann, dessen „Lärm“ man allerdings auch deutlich und bis spät in die Nacht hören kann! Insgesamt aber kein Problem

Die Sanitäranlagen waren verstopft und ich konnte weder das Bad noch die Toilette während meines Aufenthalts benutzen.

War für eine Nacht okay.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, sauber, bequemes Bett

Cons:

Nebengeräusche Pumpen oder Waschmaschine sind nicht schön. Hellhöriges Zimmer. Lautes Gerede und Trittgeräusche in der Nacht aus dem Zimmer über uns hat gestoert.

Hotel céntrico
Pros:

El hotel está al lado del centro. La habitación tiene un tamaño suficiente y estaba limpia. Tiene cafetera. Nuestra habitación daba a una iglesia, muy tranquilo.

Cons:

Había como un extractor que se encendía constantemente.

Habitación amplia, pero con varios problemas de mantenimiento y atención
Pros:

La habitación era bastante amplia y tenía aire acondicionado. El baño y la ducha estaban separados, lo cual era bastante cómodo.

Cons:

Tuvimos varios problemas durante la estancia. El agua caliente dejó de funcionar de repente y mi amiga tuvo que ducharse con agua fría. Además, cada vez que se abre el agua, ya sea caliente o fría, o se tira de la cadena del inodoro, se escucha un ruido muy fuerte de una máquina funcionando, que tarda bastante en desaparecer.

También nos preocupó que el enchufe donde estaba conectado el calentador de agua estuviera separado de la pared y parcialmente salido de su sitio. Las sábanas estaban bastante desgastadas y tenían muchas bolitas.

Por último, la gestión de los problemas no fue buena. Cuando explicamos lo ocurrido al responsable, simplemente respondió “OK”, sin ofrecer ninguna explicación ni solución, a pesar de que mi amiga había tenido que ducharse con agua fría.

Excellent central location and comfort, but check-out was a hassle
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay in terms of comfort and location. The hotel is situated right in the center of Trier, making it incredibly easy to walk to all the main attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, featured a comfortable bed, and had thick blackout curtains that completely blocked out the morning light. It was also nice to have an electric kettle with tea provided, and the Wi-Fi connection worked flawlessly.

Cons:

The hotel has no reception desk, which meant there was no one onsite to assist with questions or issues. This became a major problem during check-out when the automated system broke down. Another guest and I had to complete our check-out over the phone at the same time, and in German. Additionally, the check-out time is quite early at 10:00 AM. It would have been perfect if it were at 12:00 PM, or at least if they offered a luggage storage service so guests could explore the city unburdened after leaving the room. It would have been nice that the automated system could be in other languages, at least, in English.
Overall, it is a clean and centrally located place, but the automated service definitely needs improvement.
