I feel happy during my stay
Noise fromthe toilet door for room 408 . Beds and matress need to clean some more better because some times feel itchy. Otherthen that the service and facilities very excellent 👌👍

Property is recently renovated. Might need regular refresh to keep it more like New. ( linen , towels) etc.
No small face towels were provided and was added later on at my request .

The breakfast and the service was pathetic. In spite of repeated reminders the wifi was not working. They charged us extra for breakfast and lied to us while checkout.

Ever day same break fast
One day before I receive a call saying they are cancelling my reservation as there is some problem due to electrical issue.
When I call to check somebody else updates me that they are overlooked so my reservation has to be cancelled.
Further few minutes later I receive a communication from Booking.com that the property has changed my booking dates to 6th and 7th November and are trying to debit payment using the credit card details I had entered and since 8 had blocked the transaction they were not able to do it.
Very unprofessional .
I tried to reach to Booking.con but could not as the toll free number mentioned had a robot answering and had no answer to my queries.
