J'avais demandé si à mon arrivée tôt dans la matinée je pouvais avoir une chambre s'il y en avait une de libre. Et si je devais payer quelque chose. La réponse a été :oui s'il y en a une de libre et sans supplément. A mon arrivée, on m'a répondu que c'était impossible. J'ai montré le message, . La réceptionniste n'a rien voulu entendre. Elle a fini par me donner la chambre à 10heures.

However, I think and I was very upset which I immdtly brought up to you staff at the counter. I asked about the laundry n she told me there is one n I asked how much n how it goes, she said no idea, it depends on the laundry services n I decided to give. We mentioned no ironing, if I recall. When laundry was done, the amount really sucked!! Rs 1540, omg! Unfair too bloody expensive. She said it is standard ironing included, I ask you .I sent my bra n panties, is it logic to tell me they iron that too, really cut throat, you should give us the price detail n options first!! Secondly should have a few laundry who iron n no ironing n how they charge in kilos...there is no such thing dun know the price! Pls improve on this. Guest need to leave yr hotel with satisfaction. N prefer to come back. Tsk, take this as my feedback. Pls improve it

Staff were helpful. Room was spacius. Clean room

Cons:

We stayed in suite. Noisy aircond and fan. Air conditioner didnot function properly. Not cold. Toiletries not replenished accordingly.
Bathroom stink.Location is not really in the centre of shopping area. Not a comfortable walking distance. Need to take auto.
Spotted flies in the restaurant.

Pros:

Mr.Depesh at the reception desk was very welcoming and was very patient with our queries. The rooms at dee cee are much bugger than standard rooms and the location of the hotel near Tnagar and West Mambalam makes for a commute with no jassle of beig stuck in the Chennai traffic.
Overall our stay was realxing. Would surely stay at the Dee cee when we visit Chennai again.

Pros:

The rooms were compact and clean. The staff are adequate. The restaurant needs upgradation. Slightly over priced.
