Прекрасный вид на горы с балкона. Нужно учитывать, что не все номера с таким видом. Поэтому обращайте на это внимание при бронировании. Постельное белье и полотенца чистые и белые. В номере тоже чистота. Есть одноразовые щетки зубные , мыло, зубная паста и тд. Вся мебель новая и удобная. Кондиционер дует не прям на кровать, что большой плюс. Номер был маленький, но мы не собирались проводить в нем весь день поэтому для нас это не было минусом. Ночью тишина. Стены отеля с подсветкой, поэтому ночью звезд не видно, но с другой стороны в этом есть определенная безопасность. В общем нам все очень понравилось!

Сам отель только, на момент августа 2025 г, недавно построен. Очень радушные хозяева. Встретили, разместили, предложили бесплатно чай, кофе, конфеты, и конечно же, вино! Свежие номера с удобными матрасами и всеми необходимыми принадлежностями. Телевидение на грузинском, турецком, армянском и азербайджанском языках. Но нам это было неважно. С территории отеля и с номеров открывается великолепный вид на горы. В пешей доступности супермаркет Спар и, чуть подальше, сам Хуло, где есть довольно бойкая торговля всем необходимым. До отеля мы бронировали автомобиль из Батуми туда и обратно, приблизительно 50 евро в одну сторону. В отеле на утро воздух хочется вдыхать полными легкими - настолько густой и приятный. В целом горячо рекомендуется к посещению, чтобы ощутить полноценный горный отдых. Одна ночь, чтобы прочувствовать романтику гор.

Gospod si je vzel čas in je veliko povedal o kraju Khulo, regiji in Gruziji. Čutiti je bilo domačnost in srčnost gostiteljev.
Razgled iz sobe ima zelo lep pogled na naravo. :)

Excellent hotel. Very hospitable owner. Upon arrival he himself offered us to change the room with a better view. We asked to buy dinner, very tasty. In the evening during dinner we talked with the owner of the hotel and drank homemade wine that they make themselves. We learned a lot of new things. I definitely recommend this place.

Lasha, the owner and his family showed us exceptional hospitality. Prepared us huge breakfast, invited us to authentic Adjarian dinner and locally made wine, which exceeded all expectations. Check-in process is easy and Lasha probably has answers to all the questions about the area. The hotel has stunning views on mountains. Rooms are perfectly clean and well-equipped. Perfect stay when visiting mountainous Adjara.
We are definitely coming back!

The owner was extremely nice and helpful, he prepared us a delicious and big dinner, as well as breakfast the next day. We did not expect such hospitality and friendliness. The room was new, beautiful and clean, with a beautiful view of the valley.

Rooms are very well equipped, clean, comfortable and with a beautiful view over the mountain.
We had a fantastic dinner cooked by our hosts and the breakfast, including one of the best Kachapuri we have ever had.

We liked EVERYTHING! The room is cozy, fully-equipped, the shower room has warm floor which is very comfortable (no moisture), especially when it's winter. The room was crystal clear, bed with comfortable mattress. Lasha is welcoming and delicate owner. He answered all our questions, check-in process was easy. The dinner and breakfast was delicious with some local traditional kartuli food. I wish prosperity to this amazing guest house!
