Страшно съм разочрован от обслужването в хотела.
Въпреки че имахме платена закуска на сутринта в хотела нямаше никой и закуска не ни беше предложена!
При настаняването попита в колко часа е закуската и ми отговориха в 7.30 часа тук , бяхме в ресторанта.
Сутринта до рецепцията имаше масичка с кутия и бележка където да оставим ключовете от стаите! Стана ми неудобно от колегите понеж аз бях направил резервациите и останахме без закуска!

Cons:

Не ми хареса отноението на управителя на хотела, след като написах съобщение за проблем със закуската,отговори ми че "съжалявам че не сте намерили мястото за закуска"Имам клип от написаното не не мога да го кача в платформата!

Pros:

sehr ruhiges Hotel (abgesehen von der Strasse). Grosse Zimmer, wunderschöner Frühstücksraum im Dachgeschoss, mit reichlich Auswahl an Speisen. Parkplätze beim Hotel vorhanden. Gutes Steakhouse im Eingangsbereich. Super Lage zum Bahnhof und Bergbahn. Zentrum ist auch kurzläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein mit einer ziemlich schmalen Badewanne und WC. Ungewohnt, dass das Lavabo im Zimmer ist (dies ist sehr modern gestaltet). Das ist jedoch reine empfindungssache, in dem Sinn nicht negativ.

Really good place.
Pros:

I liked the location, the breakfast was very good, but could start earlier. The size of the room was really good and comfy, the beds were great.

Cons:

the bathroom was small and it had a weird set up where the sink was in the main room, rather than the bathroom. Even though I booked with option to cancel I couldn't amend the reservation three days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy not flexible.

Exorbitant!.
Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte eine komfortable Größe und eine sehr ordentliche Ausstattung.
Das ganze Hotel machte einen sehr guten, frischen Eindruck.
Der Frühstücksraum, eigentlich schon eine Frühsrückshalle, war überdurchschnittlich luxuriös, mit freiliegenden Dachbalken und einem tollen Ambiente, grandios.

Cons:

Das Bad war recht klein.
Das Waschbecken war im Schlafzimmer plaziert. Das ist sehr unpraktisch.

Für einen Aufenthalt von 2-3 Tagen jederzeit wieder buchbar.
Pros:

Der Frühstücksraum im Dachstock ist speziell schön (Foto). Das deutsche Personal war locker drauf, dabei stehts sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer war geräumig genug, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit tiptop. Lage zwischen Altstadt und Bahnhof ist optimal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zur Strassenseite ausgerichtet. In der Nacht kein Problem, am Morgen dann Verkehr, dessen Geräusche man bei offenem Fenster - und das war nötig während der Hitzewelle - gut vernehmen konnte. Das Bad mit Dusche und WC ist winzig - kleiner geht's kaum. Das Waschbecken war ausserhalb des Bades im Zimmer. Die WC-Schüssel könnte etwas höher angebracht sein, damit man nach einer Sitzung leichter wieder hoch kommt. Preis für 2 Nächte für unser DZ betrug fast CHF 500.-, was als eher stolzer Preis zu bewerten ist.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, war es perfekt.
Pros:

Das reichhaltige Frühstück konnte im Dachgeschoss zugenommen werden. Das Zimmer war recht gross und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Badewanne war recht hoch um im benetzten Zustand darüber zu klettern. Man muss sich an der Badewannekante halten, damit man nicht ausrutscht. Es gibt keine Halterung.

A modern and comfortable stay in Andermatt.
Pros:

Hotel Piz Badus is a very pleasant, modern hotel with a fresh contemporary feel — a nice alternative to the more traditional Alpine style.
Everything was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Andermatt, so the location is very convenient. There is also parking next to the hotel.
The restaurant on the ground floor is excellent — my husband had dinner there and really enjoyed it. Breakfast, served on the top floor, was another highlight: generous, fresh and very good quality.
A comfortable and well-run hotel, and an excellent choice for a short stay in Andermatt. We would happily stay here again.

Tolles Hotel was man nur empfehlen kann mit tollem Frühstück und zentraler Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
