Not good at all
Pros:

There was not much to like.

Cons:

The room was not clean, the walls were not clean. The washroom had liquid droppings from masala. They used to cut off power to the AC any time they liked. Even in the middle of the night I woke up because of lack of air conditioning. And it felt unsafe to stay there.

Unprofessional staff, tv, ac, phone all not working.
The staff are very much interested in TIP, they don't do any customer work without TIP.

They don't give you free water to drink....
Even not giving me a GST bill.....
I saw that type of hotel for the first time
