Not a single to say that I like

Cons:

Unclean rooms, no room services, no toiletries, asked to change the towel they didn't turned up last but not least I found 4 to 5 bed bugs which I couldn't comfort to sleep at night. Staff are not friendly, and I have seen one young boy who brought breakfast, probably his age was 15 years old. Overall, it's not worth staying.

We enjoyed our stay at Nova Palm. Very comfortable and very nice staff.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. We slept very well. Dev on the main desk was very helpful
