Pros:

It was a nice stay, very good homely food. Both the staffs were very good , received nice hospitality from them. Timely attention to our needs. Overall very good.

Enjoyed Stay and Perfect Place to unwind for Families
Pros:

Picturesque Location and Perfect Host. Great for Families to spend Quality Time. Food was excellent.

Cons:

Electricity Supply from EB can be better considering Cold Weather which causes inconvenience to host and the guests

Pros:

View is only reason you can stay for a half day.

Cons:

Don't waste your money by booking this stay, It is pathetic.
The property manager is good for nothing.
Room was not cleaned even after notified couple of times.
You won't get a single tea or coffee , no food facility and you need to travel 5KM to get good food and its remote place.
Power cuts and don't expect giesers working.
They didn't even bothered to provide hot water upon request.
View is only reason you can stay for a half day.
To reach this stay you need to cross hectic traffic everyday and takes hours to cross.

Pros:

Room is with an excellent view of the valley and you can see beautiful sun rise in the morning. Many of the other attractions are quite near to this place.

Cons:

Property is a villa in a gated community near the golf court. View from the room is beautiful if are staying on the first floor room. But location of this property is around 5 km from the main town. There are no restaurant nearby. After 6 pm there is no food delivery. We had a tough time. After evening, road is quite isolated and if do not have your own vehicle it is quite inconvenient.

During our stay, we requested the caretaker to arrange for dinner and breakfast well in advance as requested by the property owner. But he refused our request mentioning he is busy on that day. Though rooms are well maintained and clean, same can't be said about the kitchen. Lot of maintenance is required.

Another issue is parking. As this is a residential gated community , every villa has limited parking space. If all rooms are occupied you will struggle. Our car was stuck behind other cars and care taker had to wake up multiple guests to make way for us.

Pros:

Awesome location..location is the only best thing about this place.

Cons:

Poor wifi..not enough chair in room or outdoor..staffs don't give responsible answers..owner doesn't honor commitment.

Can book for the location and if you are in tight budget.

Cons:

Parking is really an hassle as the entrance is just next to the Suicide view point entrance and it is always crowded in the day time. Should have another entrance. No power backup and small heater capacity.
