Pros:

La chambre était propre, très jolie et confortable. Cadre intimiste et bien situé. Manager super accueillant et de bon conseil. On aurait aimé rester plus longtemps !

Cons:

Des petits détails: manque d’étendoir pour les serviettes et linge humide...

Un peu déçu au vu des photos
Pros:

Magnifique ambiance et décoration

Cons:

La route pour aller au logement est délabrée avec de nombreux trous et il y a 2 km avant d’arriver à la plage.
Le bruit du frigo nous a empêché de dormir paisiblement
Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas et la piscine était sale et très petite.

LISTEN TO THIS REVIEW! Stunning hotel but not the most comfortable.
Pros:

-Cleaning service was great
-Sloths right outside the hotel if you look close into the trees!
-The hotel and pool is stunning and just like the photos.

Cons:

-I ignored the reviews complaining about the potholes. The minutes long path to get to the hotel has TONS of potholes making it very unpleasant to get to the hotel. There’s more potholes than regular parts of the road so they are impossible to avoid. I dreaded coming back after a long day since it shakes up the car like crazy no matter how slow you go. I saw so many more hotels much closer to the beach and wished we had payed extra to stay there so I could get straight home without the whole pothole issue.
-Parking lot is also not secure. Anyone can walk in.
-WiFi signal is weak and there is no TV.
-Staff will be at the hotel only for payment. They won't help you carry or roll your luggage to your room the first day. It's not necessary but def something I noticed. There is no lobby or staff standing by. You can communicate with them through WhatsApp.
-Tons of issues you can’t see through photos. Our room only has 2 windows but it is right by the entrance. If you need privacy in the morning you have to shut the curtains making the room very dark because there’s no ceiling light.
-For the ladies, if you carry a lot of makeup/skincare, it is not easy to lay out your products since the sink takes up most space. The mirror is far from your face making it an irritating process to get ready.
-Shower pressure is weak.
-There is a fridge but it makes weird sounds all day so we had to unplug everynight.
-There is one small window w no blinds. The light outside seeps in and makes it difficult to sleep so good think i had a sleeping mask.
-There are also no blankets, just a thin sheet. Made sleeping super uncomfortable.
-No lock box.
-The bathroom is right next to the sink too making it unpleasant for me to get ready.

I feel horrible and hate to leave such a review like this but very much felt the need to warn others. If you're not nitpicky like I am, I'm sure everything will be fine.

Sleek cabin with its own sloth
Pros:

The minimalistic design of the room was very sleek, functional and appealing.

The bedside lamps, the coffee machine, the many sockets in the wall were all very nice touches.

The shower cabin was really well constructed.

There was also a sloth "living" right in front of the lodge. :)

Cons:

The outside pool was more for decoration than swimming or chilling, both on account of its tiny size and the temperature of the water.

The hot water in the shower needed some patience.

The keyless system is a good idea, but getting into the room was a game of mnemonics all the time.

Pros:

Es gab eine sehr gute Betreuung durch den Gastgeber, bei Problemen (z.B. Ausfall Klimaanlage) und Fragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert und diese behoben.
Die Zimmer entsprechen den Bildern, sind sehr sauber und komfortabel (genügend Ablageflächen, bequemes Bett, Wäscheleine im Bad ect.). Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet, der Gemeinschaftspool sowie Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten laden zum entspannen ein.
Es ist etwas außerhalb des Trubels, ca 10 Autominuten, hat jedoch den Vorteil das man mehrere Tiere zu Gesicht bekommt (Faultier, mehrere Affen und Abends ist die Wiese neben dem Haus voller Glühwürmchen).

Wir hatten 2 angenehme Nächte hier verbracht. Jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

ruhige Lage, dennoch ist man schnell im Zentrum von Puerto viejo!

Alles sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail.

Wir durften sogar ca. 1 Stunde eher einchecken, das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Anlage ist neu, sehr gepflegt und sehr modern, die Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp. Total entspannt. Man war immer hilfsbereit! Wir würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen! Wir hatten für ein paar Tage sogar ein eigenes Faultier vor der Haustür :D

Cons:

Man könnte vielleicht über einen neuen Haartrockner nachdenken, da dieser wirklich kaum Power hatte. Das machte das Haarefohnen für meine Partnerin zu einem Abenteuer.

Für regnerische Tage wäre ein kleiner smarttv vielleicht noch eine Option. Aber das ist nur ein Luxusproblem.

Der Weg zum Hotel ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil Schotterpiste aber dafür nicht lang. Wir fanden es noch in Ordnung.
