Great location, great place to stay
Pros:

Staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention for the receptionist who made feel so welcome on arrival. Room was excellent as was the location

Balcony was really shared, only demarcated by a rope. No blind or curtain on the frosted window of the bathroom.

The view on the Loch was captivating and the location was very close to the village. Spacious room and excellent facilities.

The staff gave excellent recommendations and were very helpful.

No comfortable chair in the room. No place to put a shaver or anything in the shower.

This hotel was well located and fully met our expectations.
Pros:

When we asked a newer employee at the front desk about prioritizing 3 beaches, she went out of her way to track down an employee from the dining room who provided great insight and recommendations.

Cons:

The dining room was quite busy for breakfast and they struggled to keep the buffet stocked.

Comfortable and relaxing hotel, splendid views, close to town centre, great for touring the area
Pros:

The food in the hotel was amazing. Had dinner and breakfast and couldn't find fault with anything. The choice was brilliant and very coeliac friendly. The locality was beautiful and the views from the hotel over the harbour were breathtaking
