I got pick-up service at airport from the hotel taxi. Room is good and had small balcony. Average silence at night considering it’s Kolkata, therefore comfortable sleep. Room is very clean and reception manager very polite. I will definitely come back. Thanks namaste
Needed an extra bedsheet
The lady with glasses at the reception provided outstanding service, and I’d also like to praise the hospitality of the other staff members. She responded quickly to my inquiry about the airport transfer before my stay, and everyone made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of.
Although the hotel’s location didn’t seem ideal at first and made me a little uneasy, the airport transfer service made everything convenient. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Kolkata.
The room was spacious, spotless, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
There’s also a grocery store nearby, which was very convenient.
As for the location, it seemed a bit difficult to find a taxi nearby, and the area felt somewhat unsafe at night.

The hotel provides airport transfers at a great rate . The driver is a charming and dedicated gentleman.
The location is close to the airport with no noticeable aeroplane noise. The local businesses were friendly, especially the money exchangers giving the full rate.
The local streets are typical of India, always interesting.
I was unable to watch any English speaking news on tv.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the staff was not particularly friendly or polite, and they insisted on payment upfront at check-in. The only accepted payment methods were local credit cards or cash in Indian rupees, which meant I had to immediately go out and exchange money just to get settled. The staff’s attitude was quite unwelcoming, and the biggest issue was the extremely hard mattresses throughout the hotel. I couldn’t sleep on them, and eventually, I had to leave. Getting a refund was not straightforward, and had I not booked through Booking.com, I likely wouldn’t have gotten my money back. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

空港に近い。深夜に着くフライトだったが、到着時間をホテルに連絡しておけば、待っていてくれた。コルカタ中心方面へのバスも近くを通るので便利。エアコン良好。
ホットシャワーの使い方がわからなかった。狭い。現地支払でクレジットカードが使えない。
