Удивление с последующим решением
Pros:

Всё хорошо, но мы там не жили.

Cons:

Объявление составлено таким образом, что сразу не понять, что это комната в квартире с хозяйкой. Даже мне, заядлому путешественнику это было не понятно. Хозяйка приветливо предложила нам решить проблему на месте: мы отменили бронирование, а она любезно отменила штрафные санкции в отношении нас. Деньги нам вернулись на следующий день в 100% объёме. С одной стороны, это благородно, а с другой - заставляет нас, путешественников, быть очень внимательными при изучении объектов размещения.

Fumare in casa nel 2026 anche no
Cons:

È una camera in un appartamento dove vive la proprietaria stessa e ad alcuni potrebbe creare disagio. La proprietaria fuma in casa, e tanto, l’intero appartamento ha un odore nauseante di fumo insopportabile compresi cuscini e letto che ne sono impregnati.

Kamer in woning eigenaresse, zij rookt. Gedeelde badkamer, uitzicht op parkeerveld. Waterdruk voor douche minimaal, net genoeg om je handen te wassen.

Tutto. Appena prenotato, dopo pochi minuti, mi è arrivato un messaggio whatsapp della proprietaria che mi dava tutte le indicazioni necessarie e alla mia richiesta di fare il check in praticamente subito perché già lì, alle 09.00 mi ha detto che non c'erano problemi. Arrivato lì mi ha accolto Ana, la proprietaria, una signora bella e simpaticissima che mi ha dato anche "dritte" su una spiaggia....la casa in ottima posizione davvero bella, arredata di gusto, un po' zen, super accogliente, pulita, profumata ed io, con la singola, ho avuto il bagno provato. Camera con letto comodo e luminosa. Ci tornerò senza dubbio. La consiglio 100%.

Peccato essere stato una sola notte.

L emplacement près du centre et du parking. Et le bon accueil de la propriétaire.

Cons:

La description ne correspond pas à la réalité. C est en fait une chambre chez l habitant et la chambre fait a peine 9 m2 et non 25 comme annoncé dans l annonce. Il y a une partie commun avec salon cuisine et table à manger bien pour deux 3 nuits si vous êtes seul mais pour un couple qui veut passer une semaine de vacances tranquille je ne vous le conseille pas.

ANA persona straordinaria! Alloggio super!
Pros:

Che dire! Ana è una persona straordinaria! Camera pulitissima e accogliente! Mi ha dato molti consigli su cosa fare e come vivere l’isola! L’alloggio è in una posizione perfetta. Ha un parcheggio molto grande gratuito e in 2 minuti a piedi si è nel centro di Corralejo!

Spero di tornare presto! E la consiglio a tutti!

Bien pour une escale d'une nuit.
Pros:

Très bon accueil d'Ana même. Chambre dans son appartement où elle vie mais belle discrétion et appartement bien insonorisé.

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de rideaux occultant. Réveil très tôt du fait de la lumière...
