Less friendly service from the foreigner receptionist.

Near the shop & restaurant..

Cons:

The grill door was closed when I returned to the hotel.
I called the number displayed on the grill door to inform me that I could not go up the stairs to the upper floor because my son had already gone up to his room.
There was no notice or memo posted or hung on the grill door stating that the grill door would close at 12.00 midnight.
The hotel receptionist opened the door to his room rudely and spoke to me with a face that was not generous.
This kind of treatment for me is quite excessive, moreover he is a foreign worker.

Please take care and teach your employees to be kind to the guests staying at your hotel.
This is not the first time I have stayed here.
Don't let me take action.

Saya stay di bilik keluarga 2 katil double. Penginapan sangat memuaskan ,bilik bersih.tandas bersih.

Cons:

Cuma tilam salah satu katil perlu ditukarkan. Terlalu keras.
