I felt completely comfortable and relaxed.
Pros:

I loved how clean the apartment was and the large containers of shampoo, conditioner and even body lotion available in the walk in shower.
The inclusive breakfast was delicious, and our server Saddam was so kind and attentive. We received our utensils and freshly made pancakes as soon as it was made.

Cons:

I honestly did not have any issues as I only stayed for 1 night. So my short visit was excellent.

A very pleasant stay with impeccable breakfast service!
Pros:

Breakfast ran so smoothly. Under the careful and diligent eye of the manager, breakfast works like clockwork!!! Staff are so attentive and helpful.
Our rooms were also cleaned, water topped up, and fresh towels provided before we returned from breakfast. The guest self laundry service was super helpful, too. We will definitely be staying at Hyatt Hotels again.

Cons:

Our only small criticism is the rooms are quite small, but saying this, everything is still provided. We had access to a microwave, fridge, cutlery and crockery. Iron and iron board as well as a dishwasher!!!
