Well refurbished.
Nice walk to beach, although along a single lane road so not suitable for all.
Parking - there was none available when I arrived and I had a lot of hassle from people complaining about me parking out front as bus struggles to get through village (reception knew and there were no signs advising not to park there), and despite multiple attempts to move my car to car park, only found a spot about 9pm. Staff were friendly but not helpful.
Noise - there was banging until 10pm at night and then from 7am. Not sure if some building work was going on? I was not advised of this.
I would like to return to Branscombe but won’t be booking this hotel.

Das Zimmer war riesig und wunderschön. Es hatte eine stilvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung. Unser Zimmer hatte zudem einen Balkon und eine Badewanne.
Heimeliges Gefühl von Anfang an. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles Pub mit leckerem Essen.
Die Strand war nahe gelegen und ideal zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hier kann man den Alltag vergessen.
Vielleicht die etwas schwierigere Parkplatzsituation, welche aber gerne in Kauf genommen wird bei einer so tollen Unterkunft.

Ontbijt was royaal, veel keuzes. Vriendelijke bediening.
Kamers waren erg warm. Airco of goede ventilator zou fijn zijn geweest.
I liked the comfortable bed, decor of the bathroom. Good shower.
I loved the outdoor space outside the room ( table, chairs and umbrella)
This made all the difference with the hot weather we’ve had. A real bonus.
Breakfast was very busy ( 60 servings!)

A szállás, a szobák hangulatos, autentikus, egy pici falucskában 10 perc sétára a tengerparttól. A vasárnapi sült a pubban nagyon finom, és a 2 felszolgáló is nagyon kedves és hozzáértő.
A napi takarítás csak a beágyazásból és az esetleges törölköző és egyéb cserékből áll, a padló piszkos.
A wi-fi rossz, gyenge, nem stabil.
A reggelinél nagy a káosz, a kávé rossz és a meleg választható ételek sem finomak. Ha későn érkezel croissant és egyéb már nem jut.

Beautiful pub. Lovely room. Excellent, pleasant and helpful staff.
We stayed 7 nights and ate in the restaurant every night. The food was good, but, unfortunately, as the menu did not vary except for the roast on the Sunday, we felt that choice was somewhat limited.
Also, some of the food that was served was not very hot. It was as if it had been standing for some time before the waiting staff brought it out. We appreciate that the staff were busy, though.

This is such a gorgeous pub in a fabulous location! Our room was beautiful and we appreciated the touches of luxury. Fabulous breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.
There was only one vegetarian meal on offer which is normally fine. On this occasion it was pasta with a romesco style sauce and garlic bread so not a very balanced meal and carb heavy. The vegi breakfast was superb though!
Such a quiet, quaint country pub.
