Very nice hotel with calm ambiance
Pros:

I liked the location and the ambience of the hotel. It’s right next to Wetland and close to the metro. The room was very spacious. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The buffet for breakfast was closed for two days and whilst we had the breakfast delivered to our room, it was not as good as the one in the buffet. It was cold and the quality and quantity was significantly reduced.
The rooms were not as clean as you could expect. There were hair left in the shower from the previous occupants.

Claim to be 4* hotel - have 2* service/ 2* facilities/ 2* mentality. Not suitable for western guests
Pros:

Location is close to Xixi wetlands, walking distance, so its quite convenient for exploring.

Cons:

We arrived at the hotel. No staff was there to help unload my 4 suitcases and multiple bags. Had to load all my bags onto the cart myself. The rooms we reserved had already been given away. Was upgraded, but there was no choice as no other rooms available. Had to wait in the main lobby for more than 45 minutes with a two year child, with only four wooden chinese style chairs in the lobby. Was not offered water or anything whilst we were made to wait.

Rooms only had tea. At this price basic instant coffee should be provided.

Arrived after check in time. Room hadn't been cleaned. Had to wait another 45 minutes, ontop of the 45 minutes at the lobby, to wait for our room to be cleaned.
