Decent hotel for short stay in Hangzhou
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, provide a lot of information about Hangzhou. Room is good size with all necessities required. About 10' walk from the closest metro and there are plenty of buses.

Cons:

The location is not exactly the most convenient, but in acceptable range to Xihu and other must visit places in Hangzhou. The room we stayed on 2nd floor didn't have a full window so not the best room

Good location, clean rooms , friendly staff
Pros:

Clean room , comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff. Free self laundry and some rooms have a free minibar .

Cons:

Some staff at reception didn’t speak much English but were very friendly and helpful. With their phone translator app , they were able to help us with our questions
