Excellent choice, would recommend
Pros:

Very good location with access to the beach within walking distance. Also appreciated the wagon and chairs provided with the condo, added to the experience.

Susie is a wonderful person to deal with. She was so kind and helpful. One of my friends had to be hospitalized and Susie showed concern and offered assistance if we needed it.

Amazing family condo
Pros:

I loved the colors. The couch and other furniture was nice, not run down or torn. I loved the big TV. We loved that the furniture in the living room could be moved so we could play just dance.
Having the washer and dryer was great and the condo was very clean. We loved that the kitchen and restrooms were especially was clean.
And it's nice to stay in a condo where the bedsheets don't look 20 years old. And having access to the mop and vacuum was great, with little kids you really need to clean almost everyday.
It's right next to CVS which was great for emergencies.

We had an issue with the Internet and Ms. Suzie took care of it right away, which was amazing since we checked in on Christmas Day. Excellent property management.

Cons:

The street can get really busy and it's sometimes hard to get out of the driveway. It would be nice if the towels were softer. Also some of the wall art was falling apart, but not really a big deal.
There's only one flat step ladder for the bunk beds and one of my kids complained the other ladder hurt their feet. They wished there were two flat step ladders, one for each bunk.

Pros:

Close proximity to the beach and amenities in town.very well stocked with lots of things you might need especially the kitchen.

Cons:

The walls were pretty thin and the tv in the master bedroom wouldnt work and the internet kept going out.
