Pros:

Close to downtown and the port. The bed was comfy, and the hotel was clean. Staff were nice and welcoming.

Cons:

Our room did not have a number and hotel windows were quite dirty. A kettle in our room was broken - it started spilling water instead of turning off. The kettle smelled of burnt plastic.

Fair place to a fair price.
Pros:

The place is ok, you don't get strong impressions neither positive or negative. A fair stay in a fair hotel. My budget was < php 2000 and that is what you get.
