New building. Has a few things to work on.
Pros:

It's very close to the ferry terminal and fairly close to where the bulk of the buses ride past. The breakfast is a little sparse but I liked making toast.

Cons:

The control panel for the lights on the wall is too bright at night. It's distracting.

I really loved my stay.
Pros:

Nice cozy rooms. I even got a free upgrade. Very central and with a nice view.

Cons:

The room was a bit small, so in case you have a huge suitcase it could be a bit narrow.
