Le propriétaire et son équipe sont adorables, aux petits soins, à l’écoute. La cuisine du restaurant était parfaite, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agencées. L’hôtel donne sur la plage et est très près du centre ville. L’équipe vous donnera des conseils précieux pour les activités !

Staff was wonderful, especially Itho and Leopoldina. If you need anything Itho is your guy, he has the connections to elevate your vilankulo experience.
This place is absolutely amazing! I loved everything about this hotel. The view from my room was outstanding 👌 the restaurant is very good they have delicious fish! The stuff is super friendly. They helped me out with everything with boats ride, pick up from the airport! They even helped me out with the location transportation and made me feel very comfortable! Book with them!!!

The staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. They always meet us with kind and happy enegy doing their best to make us feel good.

This could be a really nice place if the basic things was working okay and they are not. Se next.
We got hot water in the shower the 5th day... soap the 3rd.
The tubes doesnt work well. We had stop in our toilet.
Last night the air con stopped working. We could sleep in another room wich was good but anyway it caused frustration thou we had to wake to 3.30 next day to leave.
There were wholes in the mosquitero
The door to the toilet was not posible to close
The drain of the shower was clogged and was not fixad until the 5th day.
There is no soundprofing to the extent that you could hear the neighburs conversation.
We asked the managers for helping us to fix taxi for our early morning leave. They sade yes yes of course but the nothing happened. We had to fix it by ourself las minute.
Had agreed to meet with a member of staff to help bring us to the bus stop very early in the morning. The staff member never turned up which meant us finding the bus by ourselves and almost missing our journey. Bar staff were mostly friendly. Cleaning staff were good also.
Pizzas they serve were fine.
It all started with the booking. They contacted me saying 50% of the payment was due to be paid by transfer when on their booking.com page no prepayment was required. We did pay, sent them the confirmation and 3 weeks before our arrival they texted me on WhatsApp saying they never received the payment and they gave our rooms away. They sent me a link for other apartments that didn't require prepayment. I was shocked, we paid them and we had the proof document. Booking.com customer service managed very well the situation so in the end we had our room and didn't lose money.
The place was old, dark and had no view. Full of mosquitos and the nets full of holes. I spent all night scared we would catch malaria. Never again will I stay in this place.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a Sightseeing-Tour around town and arranged all my activities. You have to try the pizza there, it's amazing!
The rooms are wide and very clean. Rooms whit Extra bad include on the price is fantastic.

Check in was difficult, we have a booking and give our room to other person, later they try to ask for more money than the booking we have. I write this as a suggestion to manage better the future bookings
Great place! Nice and clean rooms, the staff was helpful with everything we needed. There is restaurant within facility. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend a stay here.
