The location, staff, and cleanliness were good.
Pros:

The location was excellent, especially because I was going to the university. The staff were warm and helpful. They assisted me in every way.

Cons:

I think the breakfast was average. It looked the same as in the photo. There was no water or juice during the first few days. There were also sausages and triangle cheese that were not shown in the photo. I didn’t want the sausage because I don’t eat it, and the cheese wasn’t served either. They prepare and bring the plate themselves.

It was okay for an emergency stopover while driving late at night.
Pros:

The hospitable staff.

Cons:

The air filled with cigarette smoke was overwhelming. Even in our rooms with the doors shut tight. We all smelled like an old pack of cigarettes the next morning.

Quite nice
Pros:

I have to admit that the room was really nice for the price. It was quite spacious, and having a supermarket right next to the hotel was super convenient. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help with everything.

Cons:

It is just the parking situation. If you’re planning of coming with a rental car, it would be a good idea to call the hotel shortly before you arrive. It’s located on a busy street, and finding an available parking spot can be tricky.

Pros:

Parkovanie hneď pri hoteli, výťah, veľká, priestranná izba, pohodlná veľká posteľ, fungujúci televízor, klíma na izbe, veľká kúpeľňa, blízkosť hlavného námestia a pamiatok, dobre odhlučnená izba (iba pri zatvorenej kúpeľni). Výhľad z okna na parkovisko s autom.

Cons:

Pokazený, kývajuci sa stôl na izbe, držiak televízora len na dvoch skrutkách (opatrná manipulácia), malá chladnička, okno v kúpeľni s výhľadom na laná výťahu, pri otvorenom okne kúpeľne a dverách do izby hlučný mechanizmus výťahu, sprchový kút bez možnosti zatvorenia, voda strieka po kúpeľni. Raňajky bez možnosti výberu - dostanete raňajky vopred určené hotelom (dve párky, miešané vajcia, džús a káva). Pri raňajkách cítiť cigaretový zápach z hotelovej terasy.

Good value for money in central location. Recommend.
Pros:

Good location and value for money. Staff were hugely helpful, managing to arrange a replacement taxi during a snowstorm.
