Οι παροχές άξιζαν την τιμή τους και το στρώμα ήταν πολύ βολικό και δεν ξυπναγαμε πιασμένοι
Pros:

Ήταν καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, τα στρώματα ήταν αναπαυτικά, άξιζε για την τιμή του, είχε όλες τις ανέσεις, όλο το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Όλοι ήταν αρίστοι αλλά να ευχαριστήσουμε και τον Faysal στην reception που ετυχε να δούμε περισσότερο. Ήδη απ το check in και στην πορεία ότι τον ρωτήσαμε ήταν πολύ βοηθητικός

Θα μπορούσε να έχει μερικά πιάτα, πιρούνια, κουτάλια, μαχαίρια για να βολευόμαστε να τρώμε καλύτερα

Εξαιρετική
Pros:

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που μένω στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο. Και τις δύο φορές ήταν άψογη η διαμονή μου εκεί. Οι δύο υπάλληλοι στην ρεσεψιόν που με εξυπηρέτησαν ήταν εξαιρετικοί. Παρόλο που το check out μου ήταν στις 12 μου επέτρεψαν να μείνω παραπάνω λόγω της πτήσης μου. Ζήτησα 2 πραγματάκια και αμέσως μου τα παρέδωσαν σε λίγα λεπτά. Θα προτιμήσω το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο και στο επομενο ταξίδι μου. Ευχαριστώ για όλα!

Pros:

Kundenservice Miserabel, Rechnung wird nicht erstellt, selbst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung. Booking hilft nicht weiter. Finger weg von so einem schlechten Service.

The worst tourist's nightmare

The hotel is clean and modern.

The hotel undelivered many services and facilities it advertised on Booking.com
1. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, and the breakfast that is delivered to the room is not really a breakfast but a pre packed cold snack at the hotel's choice.
2. The kitchenette doesn't have plates, cutlery, towel, or cooking pans.
3. The electric kettle leaks, so be careful if you don't want to be electrocuted.
4. The pillows are full like beach balls. You can break your neck while sleeping.
5. The heating was through the split system in the lounge, so if you close the door to the bedroom or bathroom, you don't have heating in those rooms.
6. No free ironing facilities they advertise.
7. The spa is in the basement with entrance from outside through the garage. So forget they idea of a white bathrobe after the sauna.
8. They confirmed in writing that they provide a bathrobe, but I never saw it.
9. The area around the hotel looks like getto. It is an industrial estate. In the nearest grocery shop, nobody speaks English.

We booked for 7 nights but had to run away after 1 night to a different hotel. So far, I haven't received any refund. So my holiday in Istanbul cost me 2 hotels' payments.
Hopefully, Booking.com will do something about it. Surely, they have to vet hotels and have policies in place to protect customers.

Pros:

studyo ev şeklinde daireler gayet temiz ve kullanışlı idi. mınık bırkac detay dışında hersey guzeldı. oda da buzdolabı ve tv sızı evınızde hıssettırıyor. ama en ufak tabak , canak olmaması ilgincti. fuar için kaldığımız otel fuaraa araba ıle yakın konumda kalıyor. otelın etrafında bır suru restaurant olması çok ıyıydı.

asansöre uzak istememe rağmen asansörün önündeki oda olması, (neyseki asansör sesi yatak odasına gelmıyordu)
duş kısmında giderin tıkalı olması
