It's run down. No electric jug or kettle. Internal central passage way concrete floor uneven. Front entry door difficult to use. Over 35 notices on display on entry.
Advertise free beer but fridge always locked. Outdoor small kitchen. No natural light in ground floor rooms.
Very thin toilet paper not fit for purpose. Etc. Etc.

Just an honest feedback. This is actually the worst accommodation that I've ever have. First of all, Daniel, the host is very rude, insensitive, immature, arrogant and too emotional when we arrived at Daniela's Place. Instead of apologizing or at least giving me a positive or welcoming gesture, he's talking nonsense because I don't want to cancel my booking. My companion also felt threatened and unsafe because of his rude behavior. Daniel, the host is even drunked and using words of profanity. No wonder why Daniela's Place have an average rating of 2/5 stars. He's even saying that our room costs ₽10,000.00 - ₽25,000.00 when it's written in the tarpaulin the prices of the rooms that didn't cost with that price. There's no ventilation at all, the electric fan's placement was facing the wall and its very hot inside, there's an extra charge if we want to use the aircon. The towels and bedsheet's smells bad like it's not washed properly, smells like sweat and itchy, we can't even sleep properly, and there are some crawling bugs around the room. The bathroom's shower is very weak and the tap water tastes like rusty iron when I was brushing my teeth. The faucet may have been rusty, maybe that's why. We're also having a hard time closing the door. The staffs has duplicate, they entered the room withlut knocking while were still inside preparing to take a bath. If I can rate 0 for the overall experience, I would do so. Daniel, the host contacted me multiple times via booking.com to cancel my booking because he told me that they are already fully booked on my preferred date. I've already spoken with a Customer Service Agent regarding the cancellation process that either the guest or the host can cancel the booking. I just don't understand why Daniel, the host, can't just cancel my booking on his end, instead, he insisted on commanding me to cancel my booking.

The place is a bit hard to find at first and not much to do around.

I arrived late and was only staying for one night, so they gave me a room at the ground floor where there was no natural light or air at all.

We walked to the hotel from the bus station and felt kind of “on edge” the whole time. Nothing necessarily happened, but the neighbourhood just wasn’t much to our liking. Check-in time was before 7PM, which was not ideal, but we made it just in time.

The owner was rude
