Pros:

Close to airport.
Stayed 2 nights in two different accommodations, which were very interesting with different views.
Quiet location even though many celebrations and conferences.
Spa / massage was wonderful.
Safari drive not worth it.

Cons:

Music much too loud in the dining areas, as if in a disco. Impossible to have pleasant conversation..Chose room service for dinner as more pleasant.

Exceptional hospitality.
Pros:

Staff are exceptional. I have stayed in many places and staff there are a cut above the rest. The complimentary mini bar is great. Even complementary cocktails were welcomed. It is good value for money.

Cons:

The toilet in room 306 had a sliding door that was not robust. The sliding mechanism was also not smooth. The walls are also quite thin, so noise from neighbors/guests penetrates through the walls very easily.

Pros:

Accessibility to Johannesburg, parking, Reception, 24/7 golf cart transport to- & from suites, on-site game drives, complimentary snacks & drinks every day, experiencing the views & stillness of nature while having the sun shine through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Great sunset views.
Breakfast buffet was ample & varied. Meals taken outside the restaurant are ideal to avoid noisy guests, and to appreciate the well manicured gardens.

Cons:

Chipped/ cracked floor tiles and sink. Leaking shower door (no seal). Electric blanket was plugged into the wall socket (which was behind the fixed headboard) which makes it impossible to switch on. Sliding patio door had a small gap when in Closed position, which allowed cold air to come through. No turn-fown service on 1st night.
