Wonderful stay with warm and welcoming staff and delicious breakfast
Pros:

We loved our very spacious room and its view. We had asked for a private room and our request was accommodated - we were at the end of the row of buildings and very close to the spa where we had an amazing massage and facial. The staff and management were also extremely accommodating- I had somehow accidentally booked two rooms and they sorted it out for me and didn't charge me which was extremely kind of them. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The rooms were a little dated but the spaciousness and view made up for it. Also my husband was frustrated with the internet as he wanted to live stream some football and wasn't able to - interestingly we were able to do so in the middle of the Masai Mara so I'm sure this is something the hotel can remedy

Pros:

Everything.. The place never disappoints, from the rooms to restaurants
Thapelo gave us a tour of the place. 2nd trip there and we want to take more

Cons:

Pool area, not enough seating space. 3yrs back we suggested bar chairs nd table with umbrellas

Overall excellent but some activities will make the place perfect
Pros:

Excellent service, friendly staff and prompt response

Cons:

No smart TV in our room, bar and restaurant close early for someone who wants to stay up until late, not much activities available, besides the spa and game drive there’s not much to do
