we had a great stay, thank you to everyone who made it a special short trip
Pros:

the service was amazing from the reception to the porters. Only issue we had was with the waiter at dinner on Saturday night. She brought the starters bread after bringing the main meal. The food was delicious though, both dinner and breakfast exceeded our expectations

lack of towels at the pool area. Would also be good to get more seats at the pool area

My stay was serene and fulfilling
Pros:

The view was amazing, although the room itself could use furniture upgrade to match with the rest of the hotel aesthetics.

The food at the Kraal restaurant was a total 10/10 experience, from the breakfast buffet to the dinner meals we had there. The restaurant staff was friendly and quite accommodating.

I also loved the Eco drive, our guide was friendly and quite knowledgeable. We managed to see all the animals in the park during the drive👌

Cons:

It was was my birthday weekend and though I had made the reception staff there was no ‘complementary birthday’ message or anything. This would have made my stay super special😞.

The upper view rooms really need a deco upgrade, I think this would elevate the hotel aesthetics.

A warm, relaxing escape filled with comfort, kindness, and unforgettable moments.
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, elegant and welcoming. Our room had the best view. Breakfast was exceptional with a variety of options to choose from. Eco drive was the best and thank you to Travis for such an informative and friendly drive. I was also impressed by all the staff within the hotel, from Porters to reception staff, to the staff at the restaurant, and the staff at the Spa. Would definitely visit again.
