It's not a hotel, this is an ordinary labour grade guest house.
Pros:

I like only the mahakaal temple is walkable distance.

Cons:

Nothing service, even mineral water or purified water is not available. You took taxes but property doesn't give taxable invoice. I need an invoice please provide me invoice.
