Pros:

Emplacement très pratique dans la Medina, proche de lieux d intérêt et de restaurants sympas. Accueil simple. On est à mi-chemin du logement chez l'habitant et du Dar-hôtel. Visite guidée de la médina et cours de cuisine pris en plus vraiment très bien. Je recommande fortement ces 2 activités.

Cons:

Chambre du RDC humide, sombre et où on manque un peu d intimité.

Wonderful staff and enjoyable stay in Fes
Pros:

Our whole stay and experience with Dar sunrise was exceptional. While the place itself is cozy and located in a very strategic spot, it is the staff which makes it a truly unforgettable experience. We were welcomed in the warmest way and throughout the whole duration Yassin and the rest of the team made us feel part of their family. Thanks for everything, we will remember you in the warmest way.

Pros:

L'emplacement est top , le personnel agréable, le riad joli mais nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit sur 2 car l'établissement ne correspondait pas à nos attentes , notre hôte a été conciliant et compréhensif.

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas assez propre et sans aération possible

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, caminando a pie de un parking público vigilado que cuesta 40dh cada 48 horas. Está en una zona que se siente muy segura incluso volviendo de noche.
El trato del personal fue increíble, muy amables y hospitalarios.
La habitación amplia y bonita, con A/C de frío/calor.

Come a casa ma lontano da casa
Pros:

Ragazzi questa non è solo il Top dell' ospitalità (che dovrebbero far scuola in molte strutture ricettive, anche a 4 stelle, in Europa), questo è FAMIGLIA! Ti accolgono subito con un gran sorriso e un buon tè caldo da toglierti subito tutto lo stress del viaggio ( 3 ore di ritardo per sciopero), è una carezza al cuore, un hammam al cervello. Non andate via senza provare la loro spettacolare maestria in cucina: credetemi si mangia meglio che in qualsiasi altro posto lì fuori: non potrò più dimenticare il tajine alle zucchine di Yassine, host superlativo che non ha eguali e il meraviglioso tajine di carne di Madame, con mezze lune di melanzane fritte in pastella e prugne, e vi insegnano anche a farlo, se cercate anche un soggiorno esperienziale. E detto da un italiano, credetemi... è tanta roba! Posto incantevole, pulito e in piena Medina! Umanità e professionalità rarissime nel nostro mondo!

Sehr schöne Lage und reich verziertes Riad mit guter Dachterrasse. Vom Riad aus die Medina sehr gut erschließbar.

Cons:

Leider ist die Dusche nicht abgetrennt, man muss aufpassen, das Bad nicht nass zu machen.

Pros:

La atención fue genial, siempre estuvieron muy atentos a todo lo que preguntamos. Rico desayuno. Tienen servicio de laundry. La ubicación en genial, cerca de una calle transitada pero tranquila y cerca de la blue gate. La habitación era grande y olía bien. Nos quedamos 4 noches y estuvimos muy cómodos.

Cons:

Un día el agua de la ducha no estuvo muy caliente, solo tibia. Pero es un mínimo detalle.

Tipica casa a conduzione familiare con una bellissima terrazza.. Jessica è stata molto carina e gentile con noi , ha risposto a tutte le mie domande e ci ha prenotato anche un taxi per andare in aeroporto! Lo consiglio a tutti..

Peccato non aver potuto usufruire del servizio di pranzi e cene poiché sotto la festa dell’Eid lo chef era in ferie per la fine del Ramadan

Excellent sejour au Riad Sunrise avec un accueil formidable
Pros:

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à deux couples âgés de 70 ans au Riad Dar Sunrise. Accueil familial, convivial et très chaleureux. Yacine est un cuisinier hors pair. Le petit déjeuner est royal. Possibilité de manger pour un prix tres correct en réservant. Le cuisinier Yacine vous preparera un repas original, délicieux, d'une qualité supérieure à ce qui est proposé dans les restaurants voisins. L'emplacement du riad est parfait pour visiter la medina et son accès est facile par le parking Ain Azliten. Les chambres sont propres avec climatisation réversible. Eau bien chaude pour la douche. Nous le conseillons et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Cons:

Juste une précision : comme beaucoup de riads traditionnels, les escaliers sont très raides pour accéder aux chambres aux étages. Donc problème pour les personnes ayant des difficultés de locomotion, ce qui n'était pas notre cas. Dans ce cas réserver la chambre au rez-de-chaussée.

Great locality in the heart of Fes medina with all the points of interest in a walking distance, comfortable beds. The room had some small flaws due to which I would normally give 9, however, the staff was so superb that I cannot give anything but 10. Mr. Yassine and his colleague ( I forgot the name ) were extremely hospitable, helpful and friendly and truly were one of the best hosts I have ever dealt with. If you book a room there, make sure to book a dinner they offer to cook for you in an open kitchen, we had shakshouka and lemon chicken and the food was splendid, plus you can have as much mint tea as you want.

Cons:

The fact that there is no proper door to the bathroom is a bit impractical, also there was some mold in the bathroom.

An amazing place with amazing hosts
Pros:

Dar Sunrise is a traditional Moroccan house, with lovely decor. The room was very comfy, with plenty of space. The location was perfect, just off the Main Street, but still very quiet.
Everyone working at the Dar was amazing and constantly checked that we were ok (but not in an annoying way!). We had a city tour with Mohammad which was excellent and they even offered us a free dinner for New Year’s Eve - the food was delicious and we had a really great time.
We ordered the airport shuttle to and from the airport which was only 20€ for two people (each way) and it made it so easy to reach the Dar, especially as we arrived quite late.
I would 100% stay here again if I were in Fes.

Great little place in the heart of Fez medina
Pros:

Great location, and they let us check in early. It was possible to heat the room using the A/C unit in the room which was very welcome! The clear instructions made the place easy to find in the maze of Fez's alleyways

Pros:

L'alloggio è come nelle foto e molto silenzioso. La posizione è comoda per esplorare la città. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e in ordine. Il proprietario e la sua famiglia abitano lì ed è sempre facile parlare con lui. Ai messaggi risponde con molta velocità.
Organizzano cooking class e altre attività. È su più piani con scale ripide ma per noi non è stato un problema.
