New hotel, excellent breakfast, convenient transport
No hooks in the bathroom at all. There is no window in the room.

-early check out because of the flight change: it was my decision to leave early and I didn’t ask for 3 or 4 nights refund; but had to return because the flight was delayed for a day,the hotel didn’t want to accommodate-like I still had 3-4 days paid,but okay
-smelly towels, dirty sheets-requested to change which was not welcomed at all
Clean and quiet
Close to the airport. Nice room and hotel. Modern furnishings. The internet worked well. Good value for the money. Everything was very clean.
The toilet was not working properly. To flush, I had to take the lid off. The hand-held shower was not attached to the shower.
The hotel was very good overall. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed.
The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it was truly impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning.
The only downside is the location. It’s a bit far from the city center, but still manageable using Yandex Go. Also, the hotel is located near a railway line, which can be a bit noisy, especially at night.

Great rooms and very clean.
The location was close to the airport, the breakfast was very good.
The bathroom didnt have a shower curtain, and the water leaked out all over the bathroom floor from the wall.
We stayed two separate nights, first night we checked in we successfully checked in and paid by credit card. The second time we checked in, the hotel staff (same people who checked us in on the first night) told us that their card machine wasnt working and we had to pay by cash only and when we told them we didnt have cash, they told us to go draw cash from the ATM, until one of the staff realised that we had stayed before and stopped the other person from continue talking and allowed us to pay by credit card, this made us feel extremely uncomfortable.

The room passages were stinky, the room had issues with the hot water supply, reception staff can be a little more friendly and smiling, rooms are given only 1 person blanket, 2nd blanket has to be asked from reception and staff is not willing to provide 2nd blanket for 2nd person.
The water kettle for hot water was smelling of detergent and converting water into a bubble white color thing. It was ugly experience.
