- Check-in & Check-out: Standard Check-in: 3pm–10pm (Free). Early Check-in, subject to availability: £10 per hour prior to 3pm, minimum - £20. Late Check-in 10pm–3am: £20. Advance notice required for early and late check-in.
- Check-out: 11am SHARP. Late Check-out: £10 per hour beyond 11am minimum £20. Advance notice required.
- Parking: Private parking is available on site via a third party at discounted advance-booking rates: £10 per night (nonevent days), £30 per night (event days). Onsite rates without prior booking are higher. Advance reservation and payment are mandatory.
Visitors: Visitors are not permitted on the premises or in guest rooms.
Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior hotel approval, subject to a refundable £50 deposit and applicable fees. Unauthorized pets constitute a breach of hotel terms and may incur additional charges or eviction.

The property was great and the staff who greeted us were friendly and helpful.
The room does get really cold on a night but besides that there are no complaints.
Recently redecorated in bedroom. Looked relatively new and clean
1. Communal areas smelt of weed due to guests that were there
2. Lack of reception staff particularly at check in made things difficult
3 BIGGEST problem was the late check in fee of £20. My booking was done last minute at 10:30pm at night as cost of room had reduced to £49. When booking it’s not immediately obvious that there are additional fees unless you go through the small print - which becomes more evident once you’ve booked. Upon turning up to the hotel, access to room was refused without paying the late check in. There’s no real justification to have this, it’s a money grab and most hotels do not adopt this unethical approach. Remote staff not very helpful or understanding and would not waive the fee. Please be careful of this if you decide to book. Booking.com advertises a check in until midnight but no signposting to advise on terms of this.

Staff demonstrated a serious lack of understanding of the law regarding service dogs. They attempted to impose additional fees, challenged my legitimacy, and falsely claimed I had failed to inform them that I would be travelling with a service dog, despite my having clear written confirmation by email that I had done so.
This conduct constitutes a direct breach of the Equality Act 2010 and the legal protections afforded to disabled individuals.
ANYONE with a disability, and ANYONE who believes in the rights of disabled people, should not stay at this hotel. I strongly urge others not only to avoid it, but to warn everyone they know.

The location, the room, the teas and coffees, staff were very friendly
The room keys weren’t working so we were given a physical key that looked like a Stanley knife almost, it was the master key so if we left it in the room we would have been stuck, which made me a tad comfortable
Location, easy access to transport, the Arena and Stadium.
Beds were so comfy.
Staff were great. Accommodation worth the price.
