Only criticism is the wifi wasnt to good in the front room I stayed in maybe a signal booster might help apart from that everything was great

We found the hotel wasn’t very sound proof, could hear people talking outside of the room quite clearly. Some areas could do with touching up e.g. paint on radiators. Otherwise the room was clean and tidy and was ideal for a one night stay.

Parking shouldn't be charged as extra

We could hear other people slamming doors and talking till about 12.45 at night

The floors are tiled and cold so went to bed with freezing feet which a rug would help with

We attempted to stay at this hotel last night but had to leave due to the unacceptable conditions. The staff were rude and unhelpful from the moment we arrived. The building is extremely outdated and there was a strong, foul smell throughout the hotel, as if something was dead inside.

The room itself was in terrible condition: mould around the sink, holes in the walls, exposed pipes, missing tiles, broken flooring, and dirty bed sheets. It was clear that basic cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority here.

This place is completely unsuitable for guests, and I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

First of all check in was terrible, if your other guest do not have their name listed but have the booking confirmation they did not allow him check in. My husband waited 4 hours in the car because apparently you need to send identification.

Then were given two single beds, moved the bed as it is literally next to the radiator, well to my surprise- dust, hairs, food crumbs and an empty pill box on the floor. When showed to the staff he said that the beds should not have been moved. It just means they do not bother cleaning the room thoroughly. There are moulds on the wall and in the bathroom too. Disappointing for a three star boutique hotel.
Parking charge £10/night a tad excessive especially when the facilities are poor.

Honestly there was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. Self checking gives you the ability for easy check in. The property manager is in touch on what'sapp. As with everything great there is always a small glitch. I don't wish to complain too much about it as it's NOT the hotels fault. There were guests smoking in a room which set off the fire alarm which was disturbing at night. But upon contacting the property manager it was easily resolved

The staff were unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful. One of the managers asked for my physical id even thought my friend booked it and had there provisional. He the continued to demand a deposit of £100 which wasn’t mention on booking.com at all. I told him a £100 deposit is ridiculous especially because the booking only cost £60. He then came after about 45minutes and kept knocking on the door telling me to come back I’ll never ever come back to that hotel from the moment I called him he was trying to find a reason not to let me because it’s non refundable
