- Check-in & Check-out: Standard Check-in: 3pm–10pm (Free). Early Check-in, subject to availability: £10 per hour prior to 3pm, minimum - £20. Late Check-in 10pm–3am: £20. Advance notice required for early and late check-in.

- Parking: Private parking is available on site via a third party at discounted advance-booking rates: £10 per night (nonevent days), £30 per night (event days). Onsite rates without prior booking are higher. Advance reservation and payment are mandatory.
Visitors: Visitors are not permitted on the premises or in guest rooms.
Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior hotel approval, subject to a refundable £50 deposit and applicable fees. Unauthorized pets constitute a breach of hotel terms and may incur additional charges or eviction.

It felt very safe, located in a great spot. The staff were wonderful, very friendly. The room was perfect, and all very clean.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location for Harry Styles concert at Wembley was great. 30 mins walk. We asked for 4 single beds and they were very accommodating. Beds were so comfortable

Lovely lovey staff, asked for extra pillows, were happy to see to that. Very accommodating.
Paid £40 for parking, which to be honest I found fairly steep considering how much we did pay for the room.
Although, when I messaged on WhatsApp (the number they provided) they allowed us to leave our car in their car park until 7pm, with a fee of just £5 which was very helpful and generous.
Again staff were amazing. I think Pam and the young lady working beside her were amazing and so helpful. Would go again.
Parking price and fan was dusty (which I get happens, but put us off using appliance. As I have heavy allergy to dust and room was very warm, due to it being summer, no fault of them)
Position: useful after a crowded concert at Wembley (walking distance, 15 min…however room pretty noisy (quite a busy street and poor insulation…bring earplugs.
Beds were pretty comfortable.
The bathroom wasn’t clean, the drainage did not work properly, the shower door and shower floor mounted wrongly, the ventilation in the bathroom did not work, just one switch for the entire lighting system in the room…
Way too expensive for the services provided.
Hi, I do not use anymore this hotel because when I was arrival when I do check checking the wasting too much my time about one hour and ask me many questions because I have explained everything on the booking.com.com give me Dora S code or everything but that code is not working on the door there are too much letting letdown me

The location is great for wembley.
Staff were very kind and welcoming.
Walls between rooms and corridor let in a lot of noise.
Quite loud in the early morning, but is to be expected as people leave.
Everything was as described in the booking and more.
We really enjoyed staying here and looking forward to possibly stopping again because it was so great and really accommodating to our needs
