- Check-in & Check-out: Standard Check-in: 3pm–10pm (Free). Early Check-in, subject to availability: £10 per hour prior to 3pm, minimum - £20. Late Check-in 10pm–3am: £20. Advance notice required for early and late check-in.

- Parking: Private parking is available on site via a third party at discounted advance-booking rates: £10 per night (nonevent days), £30 per night (event days). Onsite rates without prior booking are higher. Advance reservation and payment are mandatory.

Visitors: Visitors are not permitted on the premises or in guest rooms.

Rien tout était catastrophique

Cons:

Je me suis fais escroquer j’ai payé un bonus pour une chambre à 4 lits et je n’ai eu que 2 lits dont 1 lit pour une personne et une fois arrivée pas d’accueil je suis arrivé avant 22h un hote très désagréable qui me dit que je nous n’avons pas le droit d’être 4 même si nous avons payé que mes 2 frères seront considérés comme des visiteurs donc interdis de rentrer et que la garantis sera encaissé si ils dorment au logement je déconseille au plus haut point à ne jamais réserver

Good hotel
Pros:

The staff were amazing, so helpful, and they checked up on you. Our room was good for the most part. Secure doors made you feel safe. It was close by to Wembley Stadium and a whole bunch of shops like Lidl and a few restaurants

Cons:

Our shower was dirty as well as the bottom sheet covering the bed base apart from that beds where clean and tidy aswell as room

It was a comfortable stay for the nights, the actual rooms were pleasant

Cons:

The bathroom was very unsanitary and uncomfortable to be in. The managers insisted on keeping photographs of my ID even after check-in and wouldn’t let me delete it. They were also rude during phone calls when I asked simple questions.

MSM HOTEL REVIEW
Pros:

The hotel was a 15 minute walk to Wembley stadium and parking was easy. The room was clean and there was water, and brew making facilities in it. There was no air con, but 2 fans in the room. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The shower door was broken and one of the sockets above the bed was hanging off the wall. Although the room was a good size, it was a little cramped for 4 people. We paid just under £400 for 1 night and it was not worth that cost. We also paid an extra £30 for parking which was steep considering the cost of the room.
We wouldn't stay here again to be honest., not because of issues, but because it isn't value for money, sorry.

Very basic room, not fully clean. Mattress was awful, springs very prominent and uncomfortable. Also battery low on door panel upon return so could not access room, had to call out of hours line for access

Did its job as a place to sleep, wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Close to Wembley only a short walk. Easy to find and nice person on reception who was very helpful. Small welcome kit like water and coffee

Cons:

Shower tray nearly fallen through floor and a lot of black mould. For £300, felt a little overpriced. £200 more realistic given the shower tray would flood with every shower

Easy, good value and ideal location
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and the stay was made super easy with a key coded door and easy check in and check out. It was a great location as we were a ten minute walk from the stadium to go to our concert.

Cons:

I couldn’t really fault this because it was a great stay and I’ll definitely be returning but the shower was flooded a bit and the main door to the hotel was quite loud slamming so people leaving early hours would wake you up if you were sleeping.
