Please note that a service charge of 10% is added to the total price. Thereafter, the Govt tax of 5% and the VAT of 10% are added. موظفين المطاعم والكافيه تعاملهم غير جيد ودائما الطاولات والكراسي متسخه
الموظفين يعملون اكثر من 20 ساعه وهذا يؤثر على خدمتهم للضيوف
بوفيه الأفطار تعباااان ونفس الأصناف كل يوم ، ماعندهم أي تفكير بالتغيير
الفندق كان شبه فاضي وكلمت موظف الاستقبال أمدد الحجز أعطاني سعر أعلى من بوكينغ وطلعت لفندق آخر
لا تتوفر مناشف كفايه في المسبح بالرغم انه الفندق شبه فاضي مافي أحد يسبح
يفتقر الفندق لأي وسيلة ترفيه خاصة للأطفال
البار امام المسبح مباشره وهذا يعطي انطباع سيئ لأطفالك
باختصار (السعر أعلى بكثير من الخدمة والإقامة )

Not recommended for families. The washroom was not functioning properly, maintenance was poor, and the overall experienc

I would like to express my disappointment with our stay. One washroom is completely not flushing water, making it unusable. In another washroom, the bathtub water was left running and there are maintenance issues.

As we are staying with our family, these facilities are very important for our comfort. Unfortunately, the room condition is not up to the standard or value of the price we paid.
