Please note that a service charge of 10% is added to the total price. Thereafter, the Govt tax of 5% and the VAT of 10% are added. The place was dusty and unclean. When I asked for a blanket, the employee told me to get it from reception because there was no one else on staff. And when I asked for a late checkout, I received no cooperation.
