L'accès a la lagune et la gentillesse du personnel
Le cafe offert le matin.

Cons:

Pas de cuisine mais un mini vieux frigo a partager avec tout les clients.
L’hotel a besoin d’un coup de neuf.
Équipements extérieurs délabrés et matelas tres vieux (dans la première chambre que j’avais, on sentait des enfoncements la ou beaucoup de voyageurs avaient dormi, comme quand on va dormir chez une veille grand mère et que les matelas sont là depuis 30 ans... j’ai change de chambre le 2e jour, le matelas etait aussi ancien mais avait moins servi, la chambre etait moins grande ils ont du moins la louer)

I just liked the location.

Cons:

Honestly, that "hotel" needs a lot of maintenance, the rooms smell horrible. The bathroom is a total mess, it gets all flooded wehn you take a shower. And the ceiling fan looks like it's about to fall over you (very scary). For that price you can find a better option around that road.

L emplacement et le ponton avec acces direct au lac, le calme et le gentillesse du personnel.

La seule chose positive était l’emplacement mais l’hôtel mériterait un grand rafraîchissement.
Pros:

L’emplacement est l’atout numéro 1 avec l’accès à la lagune et un ponton certes vieillissant mais encore agréable.

Cons:

C’est un établissement vieillissant qui mériterait d’être rénové. La salle de bain était pas très propre et il n’y a pas beaucoup d’eau chaude. L’établissement est mal insonorisé. Nous avons rien dormi la seconde nuit à cause du bruit dans les couloirs.
Il me semble que quand on a réservé il y a 8 mois, il y a avait une possibilité de petit déjeuner sur place. Aujourd’hui ce n’est plus le cas. On nous a recommandé des restos en ville, mais à 2km environ. Si vous n’êtes pas motorisé, ça peut être compliqué

La vista a la laguna y el jardín

El olor a humedad en la habitación 5, el colchón muy incómodo, la regadera no servía avise y me dieron una a qué si quería hiciera yo el cambio de la misma en la habitación 6, la verdad se ven bonitas las fotos de la publicación pero en realidad son muy diferentes ya estando ahi

Prepare for a suboptimal room with a lot of issues, with a location with a private pier saving the place.
Pros:

Great location with a nice private pier into the lagoon. Fantastic place to relax and swim a bit in the lagoon and wonderful coloured waters.
The service was also very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room smelled during our stay. I believe it’s the piping from the shower/ toilet. Very unpleasant smell in the whole room.
Few other things here and there need fixing and renovation. For example the door to the toilet made very loud noise while opening/ closing and couldn’t close completely.
The drinking water tank in the common area ran out at some point and for almost the whole day wasn’t replaced.
