The room was really clean, everything smells great, and the TV is working well. Hands down the best hotel in Naga City for its price. The internet is fast for the 4 of us. Towels and toiletries were generous. Lastly, the agent in the front desk was very polite to us as well.
The only con according to my other family members is that the air conditioning was abit lacklustre, though I never felt the heat and I think the air conditioning was decent enough for me.

From the moment we checked in to our check-out time, everything was seamless. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles and service-oriented vibes.
Our room? Spacious, spotless, and dressed to impress. The toilet and bath were just as roomy. The interiors had that simple yet elegant, well-thought-out aesthetic. Bonus points for cable TV and Netflix.
Breakfast deserves its own commendation.The beef tapa was gloriously savory, and the pancakes were good,too.
What truly sealed the deal was their thoughtful gesture for my parents’ upcoming anniversary. I asked if they could help me prepare a simple surprise greeting. Not only did they say yes, they surprised us with a sweet greeting card that genuinely made my parents’ day. It was such a small touch, but it spoke volumes about their heart for service.
All in all, an awesome stay. If you’re in Naga and wondering where to book, this is the best place to go to.

There was no elevator. My room was at the third floor.
Would appreciate if there were more menu for breakfast.
It was clean, and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast was ok, needs fruit.
Window was placed in ac channel running up the building caged in, ac was noisy. Felt smaller than expected. Hot water was only warm.

Tadelloses Hotel, mit sauberen Zimmern. Soweit ich das beurteilen kann, war die Lage gut. Trycicles oder Grabautos sind ohne Probleme verfügbar. Wobei ein Grab minimal mehr als ein Trycicle für die selbe Strecke kostet.
Mein Zimmer hatte ein sehr kleines Fenster in einen Schacht. Das Frühstück könnte noch verbessert werden.

There’s no elevator so it would be hard for a person to reach the top floors. It’s kinda tiring to go up and down the stairs.
