Good location not. 4 star hotel
Pros:

Location was great near to the city centre mall

Cons:

Had to ask for the room to be cleaned. When it was cleaned the water wasn’t replaced. The dirty towels was taken away and no clean ones was replaced also the in room phone was locked so couldn’t call reception.

الفندق جيد تعاملهم حلووو وسريعين ومتعاونين وموقع الفندق قريب من ستي سنتر مول ومن كل شي يوجد بالجوار مجموعة مطاعم وكافيهات بالإضافة لصالون نسائي .

يحتاج شوية صيانة للغرف وعزل للصوت من الغرف المجاورة.

👎 فندق متنام من ازعاج يومين ولافيه عوازل ودور 26 فوقك المطعم الله يعينك ولايقولون لك انه دور 36 مزعج بسبب المطاعم انا سميته فندق ماتنام. من الازعاج من أضاء الضوء الستاير للأسف أخذته.

The hotel is noisy for two days straight, there's no soundproofing, and the restaurant is on the 26th floor above you. God help you! And don't tell me the 36th floor is noisy because of the restaurants. I call it the "Never-Sleep Hotel."
