الرسبشن والمفاتيح كانت دائما يجب اعادة برمجتها اما الرسبشن كان تعامله سيئ وكان يتكلم بطريقه وكأني اسكن في بيته وعندما طلبت منه برمجه المفتاح لاني علقت اكثر من مره في الاصنصيل فقد اخذ البطاقه ولم يبرمجها وجعلني اعلق مره اخرى وعندما قلت له فقد كان يتكلم بطريقه سيئه وهذا ما لن يجعلني اعود مره اخرى اذا لم اكن مرحب في الرسبشن فلن يعجبني مهما كان الفندق فخم وسعره جيد ( ليس كل الرسبشن سيئين فبعضهم كان جيداً
