Cons:

not clean..floor so dirty the bad is not comfortable .. towel just gift 1 and extra charge for the another towel

Need a lot of improvement on the facility.
Pros:

1. The staff provided us with a win-win solution because there's a mix-up with my booking and their system.
2. The location is nearby shoplots and restaurants.

Cons:

1. The room i booked was full. It didn't sync up with their system. My booking got through on the apps but in reality, the room was full. Luckily they got room that we can stay in for the night.
2. In the morning, my husband was knocking at the front door but no one opened the door. We were not given access card and when i called the front desk, nobody answered.
3. The door was hard to lock. They should have fixed it before letting another guest stay there.
4. They only provide 1 towel for us and we have additional fee if we wanted extra towel.
5. The exhaust fan on the bathroom is not working and was just hanging on the window. It can be dangerous if it fall down during shower. People can get electrocuted
