Gutes ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet, es wurde immer wieder frisch nachgelegt.
Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Badezimmer war sauber, ist aber schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen (gerissenes Waschbecken), Badewanne mit Duschvorhang.
Keine Minibar auf dem Zimmer.

Too much noise from the street.

Cons:

Too much noise from the street. I was wake up by the noise of the street every morning at 5h00 ! The noise come from one of the main street, it's making noise on both side of the building. The hostel construction is about 197X and had the window insulation of that time... It was only ok on saturday, because most peopel don't work on saturday and noise was acceptable.

Für eine Nacht würden wir dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Wir sind als Gruppe mit dem Fahrrad angereist und konnten unsere Räder sicher in der Tiefgarage abstellen. In unmittelbare Nähe gab es ausreichend Gastronomie zur Auswahl.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Für unsere Gruppe waren 4 DZ gebucht und nach einer "sehr heißen" Fahrradetappe funktionierte leider nur in unserem Zimmer die Klimaanlage :-(

Ein etwas aus der Zeit gefallenes und nicht besonders gastfreundlich und schlampig geführtes Hotel!
Pros:

die Lage zum Zentrum von Bottrop ist gut - es war ruhig, das Personal an der Rezeption war zwar freundlich, hat bei Problemen aber nie in der Sache pro Kunde/Gast wirklich helfen können, bzw. keine Entscheidungsfreiheit für einen guten Kundenservice besessen

Cons:

Rezeption fast nie direkt besetzt - lästige Regelung für die Tiefgarage (andauernd Karten ziehen, Karten an der Rezeption vor der Ausfahrt wieder freischalten lassen - nervig, v.a. bei mehrmaliger Ausfahrt am Tag und wenn man an der Rezeption dann immer warten muss) - Steckdose am Bett fehlt - Bad aus der Zeit gefallen (Wanne mit Plastikvorhang) - versprochenes Freigetränk wegen Verzicht auf tägliche Zimmerreinigung wurde nicht ausgehändigt (es wurde behauptet, das Zimmer sei gemacht worden; Unverschämtheit!, es wurde natürlich nicht gemacht, ich hatte das entsprechende Schild an die Tür gehängt) - ein defekter Lift (bei der Hotelgröße spürbar) - Türkarte hat beim Einchecken nicht funktioniert; d.h., wieder runter zur Rezeption, Karte laden lassen, wieder rauf - kein Wort der Entschuldigung ... am Ende war die Rechnung auch noch falsch adressiert -
