I missed my silver chain at the property. 1 day later I asked a person in-charge of property to check for it. He found my chain and sent it back to my residential address.

Cons:

I have booked one bedroom villa and called couple of times about confirmation and also . And also message about delay of my arrival. Once I reach property the incharge said that the property is been allotted to different customer and move us to different property which is 10 km away.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

Felt Very safe and secured, owner of the property arranged a cab driver name Krishna he was a excellent tour guide. If anyone travelling for first time kindly book that person for travelling.

Cons:

They said they ll call and confirm the booking however they called and gave us an option at much higher rate almost 3X times our agreed price and said they gave our booked room to someone else.
I had called them multiple times to make sure and keep the booked room but they did not.

Customer centric; just need to upgrade some facilities
Pros:

I had earlier given a low rating for some of the facilities... but the property manager personally came to take feedback and that was very impressive. There was a nice pool but we didn't have time to use it.
I look forward to coming back and seeing the progress they've made.
They were generous with water bottles.

Cons:

Bathroom in the delux studio needs an upgrade. And would be nice to have breakfast made on the premises as that was a bit inconvenient.
