Modern property
Pros:

Clean and modern. Provides little things that mean a lot when you need them (chargers, adapters, cables, umbrellas, etc.). If you park your car watch for two steep steps.

Superb
Pros:

Near the Akabane station, new facilities, living room, bathroom and kitchen is spacious, house is clean and owner gave us lots of bottled water and tea and very considerate. I also like the checkout is at 11am

Cons:

It is a 3 story house, so you will be climbing some stairs.
