Staff were very friendly and helpful, even sorted a small room upgrade. Lovely view out over the park, with maned wolves, gibbons and tapirs observable from our window.

Hotel rooms were well equipped, bonus having a fridge in the warm.weather, beds so comfy it .was a great location, few shops in the hotel area, 2min walk in to Wildlife park

Hotel is lovely. I come a few times a year for the wildlife park.
Nothing to not like. Couple of days when my room service wasnt completed as in unmade bed, shower not cleaned but this was put right straight away after a call to reception.

Lovely location and great room ,wildlife park brilliant. Staff unobtrusive and friendly. Very good buffet breakfast too.

The bedroom was great and comfortable, especially the air-conditioning in the very hot weather. Enjoyed our meal with suitable choices for smaller appetites.
It was hot and there is not much shade yet for the outside walkways. Grow some trees?
Had difficulty finding the hairdryer in its very clever location in the desk with its lift up mirror- maybe a note somewhere?

Small but spacious room, well designed to make use of the layout and has everything you need. Loved the big bean bag chair! Lovely big rainfall shower, comfy bed & in a great location for The Hive and wildlife park. We had a park view room, which was a bit limited, but managed to spot a couple of animals.
We had a park view room, and obviously it’s the luck of the drawer where you’re placed in the hotel and obviously the activity of the animals, but the view felt a little restricted. The windows are a little odd - one is bigger but lower down, whilst the other is long & narrow. We managed to see a little bit of the tapirs & maned wolves, but had to crane our necks to get a decent view. Unfortunately we couldn’t see anything of the sea lions area, as we had hoped. We did manage to see a couple of the gibbons in the new area on the morning of our departure, which was lovely, but we didn’t get long to watch them - check in & check out times are 4pm & 10am respectively, so on a one night stay, you don’t get much time to enjoy those aspects of the room, an extra hour either side of check in & check out would be nice.
Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good and set us up for the day
The room was tierd and needed painting. It had been badly touched up and overall the room looked unloved
