Lovely place to stay to enhance your visit to the wildlife park

Great place to stay when combined with the Wildlife Park
Pros:

Check in was flawless and the staff were informative and polite.
The room was well throught out, clean, tidy and what we expected.
Loved the extra room at the end of the corrider where you could effectively self cater, microwave, sink and vending machines etc.. Great idea and well thought through.
Breakfast was a lovely buffet, well presented with lots of choice.

Cons:

Was rather a long walk from the car park, to reception and then on to the rooms.
Would have loved to have a window that opened. Felt a little airless, even with the air conditioning.

Lovely experience
Pros:

Bedroom overlooking the animal park was wonderful. The room setup was perfect for children. There was plenty of parking and things to do around the hotel. The soft play was a great bonus

Cons:

We didnt eat around the hotel as the restaurants and breakfast were so expensive! It would be nice if there was a more budget friendly option

Lovey hotel - food very poor - staff no solution just apologies

Clean spacious

Cons:

Lack of staff support / every response was we don’t manage that it’s a separate company, when not happy with things it was oh sorry not how can we help or change that

Amazing Stay at The Hex Hotel
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. Room had everything we needed toiletries, towels, and hairdryer. Staff were all friendly and polite and happy to help.
