Great location. Walking distance to the Haram.
Pros:

The porter, Hameed or Hamad, was the friendliest and kindest. There's also another porter in the lobby, a very gentle giant whose name I don't know. This manager has hired excellent staff. 😎 They go above and beyond to help when they see us struggling with heavy bags. Bless them.

Cons:

It's just unfortunate that there's so much noisy traffic downstairs.

Nice hotel and amazing people to stay with
Pros:

Hotel is very walkable and located few liters walk or Safwa tower. All the amenities all well organized and provided. I stay on 9th floor and I come to know the room service guys assigned dedicated to each floor, that’s something amazing and they always available for any help or service. Before we ask, they ask us if we are comfortable and need anything like water or towel etc. This is something which I never saw in any hotel worldwide.

There was noise coming from the air conditioner outdoor unit near the window, which made it difficult to sleep

breakfast is ok but not best, location is not very good out side footpath was not good and dirty

Cons:

bathroom was very poor quality,lighting is not good, muslim shower was leaking, shower condition was poor, locker was not in working order, wardroop is too small
