Totally awful.
Pros:

Quaint neighborhood. That’s it.

Cons:

Nonsmoking property is a lie. We were suffocated with cigarette smoke 24/7.
ZERO presence of reception staff the entire 4 days. Only time we saw them was checkin but we were kept waiting many hours. Given the wrong room, never corrected. Totally unresponsive to email. Could never even get more toilet paper! No one present at the property to attend to guests.
Very poor security - hotel door constantly left open, no reception staff present. Not sure if bathroom cleaned between guests, toilet unclean.
No blankets provided, spent the nights cold. Sheets were minimal, did not cover mattresses effectively.
Mosquitos in the room, no mosquito nets. (Couldn’t shut the windows because of smoke problem.)
Most of the “facilities available” are a lie: NO kitchen, laundry, coffee machine, ironing, mosquito net, garden.
Water dripping through ceiling.
Strong septic smell in bathroom.
AVOID THIS PROPERTY.
