Lovely and clean hotel
Pros:

A good location for a clean and simple stay
Pros:

Location is excellent and staff were brilliant, so kind and helpful. The rooftop bar had beautiful views. I picked a family room which was very small and without windows. This was as advertised and the room was fine, very much like a hostel. It was only cheap but we were very pleased to leave and get some air and space.

Central and convenient comfort
Pros:

Great central location, friendly staff who helped with airport drop and setting up tours. The room was very spacious

Cons:

Lots of stairs for the upper floors, as expected. The bathroom door was cramped, tho the bathroom itself was spacious.

The staff and especially the receptionist made the stay.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. Always willing to help. Greeted with a great smile Everytime you returned or headed out. The location was perfect. Close enough to the main section of bars without being directly on it.

Cons:

Could do with an elevator, however, staff were more than happy to assist with bags in or out.

Perfect location. Walking distance from the port, mt tapyas, restaurants and night life! The staff are really friendly and accommodating. They are always smiling and greeting us. Great customer service.

Cons:

The room is a little bit small for 4 people. But it's still a good value for money.

Wer in der Stadt wohnen will/muss ist hier sehr zentral! Beliebte Rooftop Bar auf dem
Hotel! Wir hatten als 4er Familie für zwei Nächte das Zimmer hinter der Rezeption. Da wir entweder Essen waren oder eine Tour gemacht haben, waren wir nicht wirklich im Zimmer. Es gibt zwei Stockbetten und kein Fenster. Am Anfang haben wir befürchtet es wird zu laut, weil es sehr hellhörig und ebenerdig ist. Aber es ging total und wir haben gut geschlafen. Es ist nicht mega sauber auf der Etage, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das Personal war überaus freundlich!

Cons:

Erfüllt seinen Zweck, aber es ist kein Zimmer kn dem man sich länger aufhalten muss.

Cons:

Although the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was nothing like in the pictures, sheet and pillows had lots of stains, and overall the place was filthy.
