Simple, clean hotel with everything you need as a base for exploring Coron.
Pros:

This is a simple hotel, but well done and pleasant.

Be prepared to climb stairs, as long as you are OK with that the rest will be great!

Rooms: room was exactly as described, even more spacious than I expected. AC worked, private bathroom in the room with hot water in the shower. There were two or three rooms on each level, with a little seating/socializing area right outside the door. If I were coming with a large group, I would try to book all of our rooms on the same floor so that we could share the seating area. Otherwise, just a great area to go out and read a book or have breakfast outside the room.

Food: we didn’t buy the hotel’s breakfast, so can’t comment to that. What I saw and smelled looked pretty good. We did get drinks and snacks at the rooftop bar, epic views, and the quality of everything we got was good.

Locale: we were walking distance to tons of good restaurants, and only a few minutes from the beach landing where we took our island hopping tour, so very good location.

My Impression of Coron overall is that you are either doing your whole vacation here, in which case you might be better served by one of the resorts, which are far from the town center. But if you are staying in town and doing the local island hopping tours, the Sunburn suites are ideally located and a great value.

Cons:

I would give the mattresses an 8 out of 10, others might love them, I’m pretty sure they were spring style mattresses, which aren’t my personal favorite.

Highly recommend!!
Pros:

The location (super convenient), the rooftop bar (really something special) THE STAFF (so amazing and kind). Everything was clean and the team there were just such a pleasure, you always came 'home' to the biggest smiles. Highly recommend.

Walking distance to places, friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff are very friendly, polite, and very helpful. The helped us booked for our early van transfer from the Sunburn Suites to the airport. The rooftop bar is a plus with a great view. Location is at the center of town, near to shops, and food places.

Cons:

There was only 1 episode of the blackout, no electricity. You have to negotiate stairs to go up to the front desk and no elevator (if there was an elevator I did not know) to go to the rooftop bar.

Fantastic rooftop bar, basic accommodation

A perfect place to stay with very friendly staff!
Pros:

We stayed here after returning from a boat trip. Perfect place to stay for a night before moving on. The staff were so helpful helping with onward travel and laundry.
