Pros:

Von außen wirklich schönes Hotel, Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem sauber und bequem, waren aber auch nur eine Nacht da. Für längere Aufenthalte wäre es mir zu unbequem gewesen.

Brilliant from arrival to departure.
Pros:

Location, Staff ameneties were all excellent. I needed an extention cord and it was no bother for Finlay. Dinner in the restaurant and breakfast in the front room were delicious and goos value. Restaurant Staff were fruendly and went the extra mile.

Great staff, tired room.
Pros:

This hotel is made by its staff. Always helpful and attentayive. They always went above and beyond to make the stay as good as possible, and will be our memories of our stay.
Breakfast was excellent, as was evening dinner and a comfortable well stocked bar.
Importantly plenty of parking available.

Cons:

The hotel was busy with American coach guests, so I guess that's why we were on the third floor. It was very warm up there at night.
The room was barely OK, small, tired and barely any hot water made it up there. Defiantly below expectations for the cost, but we did stay over a bank holiday weekend so all other prices were way over our budget in Inverness.

Need to improve on service
Pros:

Location and ambience was good

Cons:

Room size would have been given big for family of 4 + 1 kids. Also fan didn’t worked in bathroom which was very disappointing.

And there are not much options in breakfast, where tea was not served after sometime.
