The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern and comfortable rooms and a nice ocean view. There is a fried chicken restaurant operated by the hotel on the ground floor, which was very convenient, and having a GS25 convenience store right downstairs was also a big plus. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay.
The location was the biggest drawback. It is quite far from most of Jeju Island’s main attractions, making it inconvenient for travelers who want to explore the island without spending a lot of time driving. The hotel only provided small hand towels and floor towels, with no standard bath towels in the room. We were told that pool towels were available for an additional charge, which was disappointing. The breakfast was also expensive for the size and variety of the buffet. Communication could be difficult as most staff members spoke very limited English, and the level of service varied depending on who was assisting us.

Had a pool
They only give small towels, the size of a westerners hand towel
Small rooms with hardly any storage.
When you have access to a car, this hotel is a perfect location. On top of that you have a small GS25 attached to the hotel. Somwhere in the middle of our week stay we 5 busses of high school boys arrived in our hotel. Even with all these high schoolers our experience was perfect. No noise complaints.
We had a room with a small bed and a double one. The single bed really is pretty small if you are on the taller side. Also very wobbly, when you moved to one side or the other it sometimes felt like you'd fall off. In the beginning we only receiver small towels - like 6 of them. had to ask for at least two bigger ones.
Room is clean, staffs are very friendly, breakfast is so good
Location is not really good for going somewhere, sometimes it is difficult to book a taxi
