Pros:

Hotel simpático e bem localizado, numa rua lateral a uma das principais avenidas da cidade. Instalações novas e modernas, quarto confortável e serviço atencioso. No último andar há um restaurante bem conceituado.

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ter mais variações de pães e buffet quente. Não havia a opção de café expresso na máquina automática - apenas café de coador, o que não se justifica para o padrão do hotel.. O quarto apresentava luminárias de cabeceira e de mesa muito pequenas, com lâmpadas minúsculas, que mal iluminavam o ambiente.

Grave problema de infestação de inseto no meu apartamento, nos obrigando inclusive a trocar de apartamento. Qualidade e variedade do café da manhã sofrível e pobre.

Frühstück war OK, Lage war ideal für mich, Preis war fair.

Bei Ankunft um kurz nach Mitternacht lief der Fernseher mit voller Lautstärke und lies sich nicht ausstellen. Der Rezeptionist war unfreundlich und kam erst nach ca. 30 Min. - und das um die Zeit! Er brachte neue Batterien für die Fernbedienung mit, aber damit funktionierte es auch nicht. Am Ende hatte er 1 Batterie falsch herum eingesetzt. Auch die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage funktionierte erst nicht. Solche Essentials kann man doch bei der Vorbereitung des Zimmers für den nächsten Gast prüfen...
