My Status Hotel

It just was not a match for us. We found the ambience in the hotel a bit weird overall, but the biggest issue for us was the smell. There was a very strong, almost chemical, smell of what I assume was a type of perfume, air purifier or cleaning product in the hotel. Especially in the lobby but also in the rooms. Gave us a headache. As others have mentioned not possible to pay by card which was also a bit weird.

Upon arrival, I was asked to pay in cash. However, we are already in 2026, when most transactions are made with debit or credit cards. If the bank applies a surcharge to the hotel for card payments, that cost should be included in the final price charged to the guest. Asking customers not to pay by card creates unnecessary discomfort and an unpleasant situation.
One important issue that guests should be aware of: you must request the hotel to provide the official stay registration with a QR code. This process ensures that the hotel pays the required taxes to the government, and it is also essential for immigration purposes. Without this document, you may face problems, since you need to justify all your nights with official proof.
In my case, the hotel did not register the full number of nights, claiming it was because of the late hour of my arrival. This is a bad practice, as hotels are required to report every night of your stay to the authorities.I strongly recommend that future guests insist on having the complete registration done properly.
Breakfast was full of ants, and even the juices had insects in them. The hotel urgently needs to review its cleaning standards. Because of this, I chose not to use the amenities such as the pool, since if the kitchen is in such condition, I cannot imagine the rest.
The rooms had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathrooms, and the towels were poorly maintained.
I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Wir waren zuerst in einem Zimmer, es war gar nicht sauber und die Bettwäsche extrem drecking, nach Anfrage haben Sie uns ein neues Zimmer gegeben aber von Sauberkeit konnte man nur träumen

L’accueil mitigé suivant la personne présente ! Le bruit le soir dans le patio et les chambres de certains clients.

Маленький номер. Кухня работает только на завтрак( Магазины, кафе далеко( Ванная не продумана, нет полочек, в душе вода льется на пол за пределы!

Телевизор в номере не работал звук,завтрак не очень вкусный

Далеко от метро, завтраки, оплату сперва требовали наличными, отсутствие российского тв, волосы на подоконнике в ванной

Diverse cose non ci sono piaciute in queste 3 notti, per prima cosa al check in c'è stata consegnata la chiave di una camera già occupata. Abbiamo aperto la porta e abbiamo trovato un uomo mezzo nudo, la reazione del receptionist riguardo l'accaduto non è stata molto professionale. All'arrivo al check in verso le 9 di sera abbiamo chiesto di poter pagare con la carta, all'inizio c'è stato detto che il terminale non funzionava quindi abbiamo aspettato il giorno dopo per capire se fosse stato davvero un problema di terminale o comunque per avere tempo di prelevare soldi Cash, peccato che nel frattempo il giorno dopo la tessera della camera c'è stata disattivata perché non avevamo pagato. A quel punto l'albergo non ha accettato la carta e siamo dovuti uscire nuovamente a prelevare. Il fatto che in un albergo così non venga accettata la carta è abbastanza deludente. Durante il soggiorno ci sono stati due general black out di una decina di minuti, l'attenzione alla pulizia della camera e del bagno non è stata delle migliori e internet era lento. Inoltre anche per la stampa della registrazione al portale governativo abbiamo dovuto richiederla almeno 3 volte perché il personale di reception ci rimandava sempre al giorno dopo.
