The hotel is clean. The breakfast is good. Location is quiet. Though a bit more expensive than other hotels nearby.
Pros:

The location is quiet and easy to walk to a metro station.

Cons:

The bed is very hard and not comfortable.

Très adapté pour séjourner quelques jours à Tashkent
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la situation centrale dans un quartier calme et agréable avec petites boutiques / restaurants / centres culturels / musées et à distance raisonnable des grandes artères de Tashkent.

Cons:

C'est un hôtel neuf et moderne, pas un "boutique" hôtel. Pour certains, il peut manquer de charme en comparaison aux boutique hôtels existant à Khiva, Boukhara ou Samarkand. Cependant c'est un petit hôtel, avec une ambiance sympathique et des réceptionnistes à l'écoute, serviables et efficaces. Cela reste donc une étape bien adaptée pour Tashkent où il y a pléthore de grands hôtels plus chers et plus impersonnels.

Очень тихий отель, прекрасное расположение!

Cons:

Бассейн холодный, сауна не работала, бра в номере светят белым холодным светом, лучше бы сделали теплые желтые лампы.

Nothing special, but Ok. The hotel is situable for family guests, not for business clients.

Very poor sound insulation; in bathroom the toilet paper holder was broken. Breakfasts were so-so and the restaurant has small table capacity. Be prepared to wait until other finishes their breakfast.

Pros:

Gracias con mayúsculas hacia el personal , increíble la ayuda prestada por solucionar problemas , de todo tipo , de pago, de avería en la moto, de comunicación . Si puedo puntuar sería un 1000. Gracias . El hotel en sí , está bien , sin más . La habitación limpia, los aseos bien , el desayuno muy bien . Calidad precio está bien. No te arrepentirás .

Tener que marchar.

Неплохой отель, приятный персонал.
Pros:

Приятный отель. Уборка каждый день! Меняют полотенца.
Разнообразный приятный завтрак, есть фрукты.
В номере чисто, есть всё необходимое.
Есть водичка, холодильник.
Внизу имеется бассейн, сауна и хаммам.
Отзывчивый персонал!

Cons:

Очень хорошая слышимость. В отеле была куча детей, которые носились по коридорам и рано утром, и поздно вечером, в номере всё было слышно.
Не очень чисто в ванной - обнаружили пару мух на подоконнике в ванной.
Бассейн маленький и не очень чистый.
Столовая, где подают завтраки, тоже маловата.

Достаточно хорошее расположение
Тихий район
Прекрасный внутренний двор, где можно посидеть с чашечкой кофе.
Помогали решить некоторые вопросы, например с дополнительным одеялом.

Cons:

1. Выбирали отель с наличием бассейна, но он не работал на протяжении всего нашего пребывания. Да, нам предложили вариант поехать в бассейн другого отеля, но это не одно и тоже. Это самый главный минус.
2. Полотенца, которые нам днём меняли , были постоянно влажными.
3. Сейф не работал. Просила администратора решить вопрос - не решили.
4. От прошлых хозяев в чайнике осталась заварка. Отдали на ресепшн, спустя сутки нам вернули чайник с той же заваркой - никто даже его не открыл.
5. Кофемашина работает с перебоями и без молока (только американо и эспрессо). Один день вообще на работала
6. После предыдущих жильцов уборка не самая лучшая, к сожалению(
