Pros:

Staff is very polite. We arrived at night. Late check in. Everything was good. The guy on the reception at the night shift was really kind and polite. Rooms are clean and all facilities are supplied. Going everywhere from this hotel with yandexgo is very cheap.

Super bel emplacement,.dans un quartier résidentiel mais proche du métro et des attractions touristiques. Personnel extrêmement accueillant et serviable, chambres très propres et confortables, très bon petit-déjeuner et belle petite cour intérieure pour se reposer. On recommande!!

Чисто, номера новые, вкусный завтрак

Cons:

Сломанный душ, Оооочень жесткая кровать, холодильник только для напитков и то не очень охлаждает, вся еда там протухла. Сдавали вещи в химчистку ничего не отстирали, все пятна остались на месте. Работники на рецепшн просто никакие, толи не понимают русский , толи не очень и хотелось… в описании указаны спа, бассейн с подогревом и баня, за отдельную стоимость хамам и сауна. Так вот всё платно и бассейн холодный, никто там его не греет.
