You will feel right at home here, and I mean every word of it!
Pros:

I was amazed not only by the quality of the stay - the spacious, tastefully furnished, and impeccably clean room, complete with a comfortable bed and a very convenient kitchenette - but even more by the warm welcome from the host. From the owner personally handling my extremely late check-in to their commitment to making me feel at home, everything was exceptional. I can swear by my passport that I will recommend this property as the best place to stay in Yerevan! Thank you and merci!

Very comfy
Pros:

I liked the staff, they were so nice and friendly. They even allowed me to check-in at 7 AM because I arrived in Yerevan in the morning.

From the moment I arrived, GH Family Hotel exceeded every expectation. The owner, Hovhannes, and his team deliver a high level of service. They were attentive, warm and professional throughout my stay.
The room was clean, the staff was consistently polite and the overall experience felt well above the standard you'd expect at this price point.
What truly sets this place apart is the location. Getting to the city center is effortless, whether I'd take a quick taxi or the local bus. Everything you need is within easy reach: local markets, shops and even a hospital right next door, which is a real comfort whether you need it or not.
I would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend GH Family Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

تمیز و بود فقط

Cons:

خیلی دور بود با کمتر از ین مبلغ تو مرکز شهر پیدا کردم،
دوش حموم خراب بود فقط اب داغ داشت که عملا نمیشد دوش گرفت،
مایع دستشویی رو با آب پر کرده بودن،
اجاق گاز نداشت با اینکه نوشته بود داره،
سر و صدا به شدت زیاد بود مخصوصا اول صبح که همه خواب هستند صدای کارکنان به شدت زیاد بو‌د.

Pros:

Отличное место! Бронировала отель между длительной пересадкой, до центра 15-20 минут. Рядом есть небольшие магазины, в 10 минутах ходьбы крупный супермаркет. Вежливые хозяева, очень чисто, все необходимое есть в номере!

Pros:

The room was super tidy and brand new. All the amenities and bed linens were clean and comfortable as well as the mattress and pillow. Nona the host was very kind and energetic. This place was the only place in Armenia ( among four others that we have booked) with private free parking. We enjoyed the view of a small garden from our window. The room was on the ground floor and the whole apartment had only 4 stairs.

Last but not Least, Nona is the best multi language host ever:She can communicate in more than four languages.

Cons:

The room lacks electric stove and cooking utilities and you can not cook.

The walls to the room next-door are thin and the noise bothers you..
But the room and the entire home are so lovely and cozy that I decided to rent here again during our next trip.
