Теплая атмосфера уюта и доброты
Pros:

Отличный отель, прекрасные номера. Хозяин очень дружелюбный, также работает Нонна, прекрасная женщина, всем поможет все подскажет. Благодаря ей царит семейная душевная атмосфера в отеле. Рекомендую и очень хочу вернуться снова

Overall a decent stay for the price, let down mainly by the faulty shower
Pros:

There is a kitchenette and a fridge available, which was nice. The room overlooks the backyard, which is very green and peaceful. The host is also nice, he texted me mid-stay to check if I needed cleaning or anything else. There is little else around apart from a small grocery shop, but the people there are very kind and you can find whatever you need. The location is not ideal, but that is likely reflected in the lower price.

Cons:

I had one issue related to hot water availability. There seems to be a problem with the water pump, heater or mixer — you can’t set the temperature and expect it to stay fixed. It fluctuates from very cold to very hot on its own, regardless of what you do. I mentioned this to the person working there, who came to check the room and said it would be fixed the next day. He later texted me to use the overhead shower instead of the smaller one, saying that would solve it. Although it was better, it was not solved. Then, on the last night and morning of an otherwise fine five-day stay, the water was barely running and only cold. The issue seems to be a known one, so future guests may want to ask about it in advance.

Хороший современный отель с гостеприимными хозяевами
Pros:

Район: стандартная окраина Еревана - камень и бетон, но во-первых сама территория очень симпатичная, а во-вторых, недалеко есть отличный овощной рынок.

Новый отель, хороший ремонт. Комната просторная. Очень хорошая кровать - в меру жесткая.
Очень хорошо всю продумано с точки зрения электрики и сантехники (что большая редкость для отелей, особенно в Армении): разетки в нужных местах в нужном количестве, в ванной плитка наклонена к сливу, есть нормальная шторка, а ключки для полотенец в удобных местах.

Кондиционер есть, работает исправно.

Очень чисто. Нона, которая заботится обо всем в отеле, очень гостеприимная и приветливая.

Cons:

Розетка, которая задумывалась у кровати, оказалась под кроватью. Наверное, имеет смысл положить удлинитель.

Установка сантехники все-таки подкачала: при нормальном напоре в кране и обычном душе бачок унитаза наполняется крайне долго, а напор в гигиеническом душе такой слабый, что пользоваться почти невозможно. Не знаю, почему в Армении такие скверные сантехники - на похожие проблемы в Ереване жалуются все знакомые, и я сталкивалась абсолютно всюду, где жила.

Шкаф маловат. Мне хватило, но если будет жить пара, особенно долго, им будет неудобно.

WiFi иногда падал до мегабита, скорее всего, из-за провайдера. TCP-шные таймауты на рутере очень маленькие, сессии устаревают моментально, если работаешь удаленно, приходится на клиенте включать keepalive.

C’était une cauchemar, il m’a insulté tout le temps

Rien, c’était trop seul mon confiance, mon respect tout le temps j’ai envoyé un message à propriétaire pour les papier toilette, je suis plié pour le nettoyage et pour changer les draps serviette serviettes, c’était un cauchemar

Cons:

Il y avait de chiens qui nous réveillé tous les matins six heures. propriété il fait trop de bruit, il croyait que c’est sa maison.
