Very satisfied 😊
Pros:

It’s clean and very budget friendly,it is also a big thumbs up for me because it’s close to 7/11🙂

Cons:

The only thing that I don’t like is the bed, it’s too soft for me. Nevertheless, everything is perfect considering it’s price👍🙂

Good Stay
Pros:

The location is good - near some convenience store, pharmacy, small eateries and walking distance to the night market. The staffs were all approachable, the guard on duty was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was so simple but it will make you feel full. There are water dispenser on the floor where we stayed. The room was cleaned and the furniture was just basic. Overall, it was a good stay.

Cons:

The juice that they offered during breakfast doesn't taste nice

Our home for the month and hopefully will be for our future visits in Davao.
Pros:

The location, and the cleanliness. I like how you manage the water supply. You only turn it on when a customer occupies the room.

Cons:

The room (327) was so square with a plain wall. A simple wall decor will make it lively. There were 3 tables which was in excess for the room. The TV may be wall mounted for the other table to be removed. You can adjust the location of the socket for the TV wire to reach.

The water heater was challenging to adjust. Even when it was in the lowest temp, the water was still hot. We were bot able to use it.

便利なロケーションだが、不便もあった。
Pros:

町の中心のジプニー乗り場やナイトマーケットから近くて便利。
早く着いたが、荷物を快く預かってくれて助かった。

Cons:

一泊した翌朝、水がでなくなり、シャワーを使えなかった。
2日共にWi-Fiが使えなかった。
