Prettig, kleinschalig hotel aan het strand.
Pros:

De locatie aan het strand met het vertrek van de boot naar Nogor voor de deur, Verder was onze kamer prima, voorzien van airco en warm water. Het personeel is heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was lekker.
Er is een klein zwembad aanwezig.

Cons:

Een douchegordijn in de douche. Nu wordt de hele badkamer nat en omdat het toilet achter de douche staat, moet je eerst over de natte vloer. Verder zou een gebakken eitje bij het ontbijt welkom zijn.

Un soggiorno davvero gradevole!
Pros:

La struttura è molto curata, piena di piante e oggetti artistici, terrazze e angolini molto gradevoli in cui sedersi per rilassarsi e guardare il mare e le barche. Il rumore del mare è onnipresente e dona un'atmosfera meravigliosa alla struttura, che invita a rilassarsi.
Le camere sono molto spaziose, semplici ma decorate con gusto; il bagno è pulito e confortevole, con asciugamani puliti e profumati. La colazione curata e molto gustosa, con pane molto buono, marmellate fatte in casa (io ho gustato quella di papaya!😋) e croissant.
Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile, così come la proprietaria, che ama molto intrattenere i suoi ospiti.
L'ingresso si trova in una piccola piazzetta molto animata di giorno da bancarelle di venditori e dalle grida dei bambini della scuola locale. Queste bancarelle sono molto utili per acquistare frutta, acqua, snack ed eventualmente anche per ricaricare il credito sulla SIM senegalese. Infine proprio accanto alla struttura partono le imbarcazioni che conducono all'isola di Ngor, dove trascorrere eventualmente una giornata piacevole.
Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Cons:

Bad service at the restaurant. Security while night next to our room playing a movie so so loud that we could not sleep even after telling him. He did not mind.

Le personnel est vraiment adorable, une pensée spéciale pour Omar qui est d’une gentillesse sans nom, ainsi que la patronne de l’établissement.
La vue de l’appartement est juste splendide et l’emplacement idéal.

Nice stay at Ngor Plage but needs a bit of attention
Pros:

The location is amazing but no direct beach access. Staff is nice and helpful. The style is nice but a bit dusty, not fresh anymore. We got an upgrade to a nicer room, which was nice.

Cons:

The fact that they charge you 3% for credit card payment. This happens nowhere else anymore in Senegal. The place lacks ambiance. There is a sitting area and restaurant but breakfast (overpriced) needs to be ordered in advance. We ate dinner once but it took hours to be prepared.
Also the mattresses are not good. Two hard mattresses with a split in the middle and a permanent dent in the middle.. also the blanket was too small for 2 people.
The second room had glass shine through doors with curtains that were difficult to close each time you want to go through the doors. We don't understand the concept of glass doors in such a setting.
I know the place from 7 years ago, and it lost a bit of its magic and charm
