It felt like a prison.
Pros:

Location is really good - close to various cafe. Hot water was consistent.

Cons:

The lock kept getting reset for unknown reasons and requires a receptionist to help.
The bed cover probably guather dusts easily so I just get rashes. It was fine after removing.

Pros:

Great Staff, room is very simple with the basics, Needs change the window so it block the noise from outside. We got late and would like to sleep good. But overrall it was great.

Very basic room, dated, but great to supply our needs for the night.

Check in IMPOSSIBILE DA FARE. Non trovavano la comunicazione di Booking e volevano uno screen della prenotazione però non gli arrivava la mail. Il ragazzo non era fisicamente lì, lavorava da remoto, rendendo il tutto ancora più difficile

Great hotel and great staff, would stay again
Pros:

The reception staff were amazing. very accommodating, i was on crutches and they done everything to help me when needed. The room was perfect for a few nights stay and the Wi-Fi worked great.

Hubiera sido buena si el servicio hubiera honrado su palabra

La ubicación: buena zona cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. Sector tranquilo, cerca del aeropuerto

Las llaves de las habitaciones son modernas digitales

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen el techo con marcas de que había filtraciónes, sugiero remodelar.

El hotel no tiene desayuno y tiene la estructura para ofrecerlo, debiera habilitar un área aunque lo cobre.

El servicio en general podría mejorar, honrar sus palabras. Resulta que el joven que atiende en la noche informó que se podía usar una habitación una noche porque tenía otra confirmada, después al otro dia dijeron que no y nos cobraron a sin consentimiento un cargo extra a nuestra tarjeta. Cuando regrese a mi pais me encontré con la solpresa.
