A very nice comfortable, well appointed apartment, It was aesthetically pleasing apartment for price
Pros:

The subway stations were about 1/2 an hour walk in either direction. Minami Senju has both a JR station for the Joban Line and Tsukuba Express. Tokyo metro has Hibiya Line. The other way is Asakusa Station. Bus stops near by. Area is quiet and the Apartment in very comfortable. Konbini are within a few blocks walk. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English to make up for my limited Japanese. For the price, I would definitely stay here again. It will be my first accommodation check for stays around one month.

Cons:

The outer door electronic lock is a little tricky to use. You must wake lock up with you hand then use Electronic key card to unlock. If you just try to use key card it may or may not unlock. There was no information about the outer door needing to be woken up prior to using key card. This caused me issues until staff explained method then worked perfectly.
It would have been nice to have a printed hotel card in Japanese, as by name alone some taxi drivers said it didn't exist . I wrote my own in English and Japanese and then had no problems.
